Really great lake for diving, visibility below 15m or so was the best I've seen in Germany

If you are around and have your dive gear with you, go for it, It's worth it - max depth 54 meters—visibility up to 12 meters, below thermocline around 35 perfect Vis. Not much stuff underwater, but I like it this way - keep it clean, and you can find old pumps, sailboat, and traffic lights. All this is run by the great guy Rudiger and his team, who are in charge and will help you with everything. You can fill the tanks with an air - compressor on sight. For other gases, ask in advance.

Great place for diving. There are tents where you can stay sheltered from the rain (pity that they are open on the side and a lot of wind passes through) It's a shame that the lake is only open on weekends, it would be very good to be able to dive even on weekdays.

Deep artificial lake where you could do some of your courses. Infrastructure is well planned, staff is helpful and well organised. It is suitable for most of the skill levels... there is some underwater world, but its an artificial lake so dont expect sharks,;; absolutely recommend...
