One of the best fitness studio that are available in Mannheim. Located in the city center in the Q6Q7 shopping mall. The gym offers a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath area. many courses are offered daily, which are included in the membership. The gym gets really crowded in the evening, but during the day it’s quite empty. Most of the coaches are pretty helpful and super friendly. the gym has a stretching area and some E-Gym machines. One of the add-ons to the membership that’s fitness first offer every now and then the possibility to bring a friend or family member to train with them for free. Parking for 2 hours (at Bauhaus Parkhaus) for each visit is included within the membership.

A super fitness studio with clean, peaceful and sufficient fitness equipment. Trainers are friendly and interested. I would definitely recommend you to come here and do the trial training.

Professional club: gym, courses, and even a swimming pool. The gym is excellently equipped, there are static machines, and there is a huge space for freestyle. If you want to do fitness in a great place, this is the place for you

Wonderful gym and a great staff! Came here specifically for the pool but love everything else involved. The personal trainer David is also wonderful! Recommend to ask for him by name if you really want results! He listened to exactly what I wanted to do and is very motivating.

Clean, much space, no waiting for equipment, great classes, friendly and helpful training coaches. Oliver's, Luisa's and Claude's classes help me staying in shape while having much fun. Totally worth it.

This gym has everything one need for Training. Staff Here is very Kind and supportive . They Even have a nice Swimmingpool, Sauna and steam Bath. They also provide personal Trainer. I Had an appointment With Personal Trainer(David) He was very helpful . He tought me How to use all The Equipment and provided me a training plan according to my health. All in all i Love This Gym. Very recommendable :-)

Best gym in Mannheim Q6Q7 It was my first day & David is a wonderful person who guided me with the workout and gym facilities. Fitness centre offers latest workout equipments. Area for all activities. Swimming pool area is wonderful and clean. Sauna and steam facility is available all the time. I recommend the fitness centre with 5+✨

My favorite gym so far! Highly equipped, everything is in order and they have very advanced equipments. Plus the pool and the sauna are an amazing bonus. It’s the gym where you feel motivated to workout and get in shape, while you have fun. Plus they have a variety of courses, and the trainers are really nice. My trainer is named David and he speaks English very well! Plus he is really nice and motivating! Totally recommend

I did a probetag training in the gym with my friend. the process was super smooth. The stuff are really super nice & helpful. We could attend a Zumba class on that day for free even which was super recharging for the rest of the week. The place is super clean, you can even get it from the fresh scented smell once you go in. There is also a swimming pool which we are excited to try. The showers are clean which is very important. And also the equipment are new & you have multiple varieties that you can try. Excited to be a member.

Great place. All of the guys working there are extremely friendly and helpful. Courses are also excellent. Biking with Volker is absolutely great. Nice swimming pool. Changing rooms and showers are clean.

Facility is in a great central location. Parking is easy to fine as well. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are provided with a clean, sanitized facility for your workouts. As well as the staff members are all extremely friendly and so speak English. Highly recommend!

Loved the workout. Loved the cleanliness. Loved the English speaking staff. But it's expensive compared to other gyms. They raised the prices very recently by a substantial amount probably because of egym options. I don't want to use egym and I still don't get why they could provide this as an add-on to a card and not just blindly charge us for it.

I was looking in Mannheim for a place where I can train and get some advices reguarding my training and also what to eat in order to reach my goals and coming to Fitness First was the right decision. If you want a cool, clean place with everything you need for your training and with awesome trainers, come here. You will for sure not be disappointed 😉

I recommend without second thought Fitness First. Everything is clean and tidy, in every corner you will find disinfection paper .The staff always friendly and next to you for every question, with comprehensive support program, Training Plan, Food Tipps. I have been in three different Gyms in Mannheim. I can for sure say FitnessFirst is the best overall. Great pool, sauna, training area, and everything has a good quality. The personell is very friendly and helpful, and the price is fair for what you get. Recommended!

I travel a lot around the world and go to the gym everywhere. Fitness First Manhim is a new world-class gym. I especially recommend the stretching and wellness zone. The equipment is new and the interior design is very motivating. It's never too crowded. A very large space, which always feels private. Gym with pool in perfect condition also for swimming. Service is very nice and helpful. They speak English and will take care of you. I have no complaints. I can give the award because it’s the best gym I've been to in Germany. I recommend a lot!

This place is great! Super welcoming atmosphere and really big and open space. Has everything you can think of from equipment to a pool and steam room! Everyone is super friendly and the gym is always clean and sanitary.

As I’m traveling through Mannheim on vacation I came to Fitness First to give try it out while I’m here. The gym is first rate all the way. They have just about anything and everything you could need to do a good workout. The gym has machine and free weights plus full squat rack, cardio and free space areas. Upon arriving I spoke with Max who was kind and very informative on everything the gym has to offer. After my workout I was able to relax in the sauna a bit. Everyone at the gym was friendly and courteous from the staff to the other patrons. I’m happy I stopped by today. It’s always good when you can get in a good workout even while on vacation. I highly recommend stopping by here.

Extremely beautiful, clean and furnished with everything one could need. The pool is a big plus and there is a lot of space also for body balance workouts.

Great place to work out. The gym is clean, and offers a massive area to work out in any way you might want e.g cardio, free weights, and even a larger open area with astro-turf for more dynamic exercises. It's also generally quick to get to specific equipment so you don't have to wait around too long. The staff are also super friendly and helpful.

Great Move It workout with Tristan, and also very intense PowerCore. There is Aqua fit and Zumba which are a bit less intense but great for cardio

Pleasant gym in downtown of the city of Mannheim located on the second floor of the Q6 shopping complex. This is an awesome gym because it has enough weights to satisfy my work out! In addition you have ample room to stretch, take a fitness class, and a nice pool for your swim workout. The staff is very helpful in instructions and work out suggestions. Highly recommend this gym to serious athletic individuals. Fitness First made my day even better! 🙂🏋️🏃🏽

I have been there for over 6 months and it has became a second home. Good equipment, well-kept relax area, nice lounge areas at the check-in. On the top of all of it a great swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Very nice gym in the center of Mannheim. I was there as a guest and I could train without any problem. I would recommend this gym. There is a pool and a wellness center and there are all the machines you need to train.

I just worked out at Fitness First for the first time and am really impressed ! One of the best facilities I have been to to exercise. There are machines for anything you need to work out , the facilities and locker room are especially clean , and there is a pool and both a dry and steam sauna for recovery. There is even a tanning booth ! To hydrate they have delicious complimentary flavored waters and vitamin waters. Fitness First is greatly recommended !!
