Good place but food is not pure Afghan, they sell Turkish Food under the name of Afghan, in Menu almost all is Turkish names, only Kabuli is Afghan. Staff is too busy, unprofessional

We were 6 person, on asking, we were told to better order 3 person mixed grill, cost X Euros. We ordered 2. The gril came after half hours, the taste was average the quantity was less. Less grill, and less rice. Upon asking for more rice, we got,but they charged us. They also charged amount Y for each mixed grill, instead of X. The restaurant was clean, good sitting area.

Food was okay not so exciting , as I was trying to order a karahi chicken the waiter said it will take 50 minutes to cook so I got myself something simple , the rice were cold when they arrived , we had to get them changed , also my boyfriend said the rice seemed like they were a day old and were warmed today .. Service was also not good , we had to ask for spoons and glasses because the waiter was just all over the place , left us with only the food in a plate , and no one was paying attention! They need more workers if I’m being honest ! I don’t recommend, it is only the nostalgia factor with the Afghan music and setting but if you want good service and good food there are better places ! Edit: atmosphere is very tacky , and I don’t think they have good air conditioning at all , even sitting in front of a cooler it was extremely hot , tables and menus were sticky , food spicy , never again !

This restaurant is very close to hbf. In the 1st day of my Frankfurt trip, I went there with a hungry stomach. And I fell in love with their food. I couldn’t resist taking my lunch for the rest of the days of my trip from here. The smell inside the restaurant is extremely tempting. The foods might be a bit heavy for the people outside of Afghanistan but it tastes really delicious. Price ratio is good in comparison with the amount of food. Might be a bit crowded in lunch time.

Found this gem by chance. I was going somewhere else when the taxi driver suggested I try this place. Very authentic food and you can tell that just by looking at the clientele. The food was delicious and spicy. The portions are large so order less than you think.

I had a vegetarian dish with eggplants. It had sharp little chicken bones in it. Not cool. In fact, it was pretty gross. Waiter denied it was chicken bones, although I showed him...

We always come with friends and family every time, but this time all the staff had changed, and the hotel boss was not present in the restaurant. We ordered Shinwari Karahi, but it took more than 1:30 minutes to arrive. When it finally came, there was a lot of oil and very little meat. I complained to the cashier, but he ignored me. When I got home, I suddenly experienced stomach pain, and for three days, I was in severe discomfort. Be careful when ordering Shinwari Karahi food.

It's a great authentic Afghan cuisine and Kabali Palao a dish made with rice and beef with nuts is the most traditional one from Afghanistan. The quality of the lamb is especially good. The staff is quite accommodating and ready to serve with a smile. If you like rice with beef cooked in a traditional Afghanistani authentic way then it's the place. However, their other BBQ is also great because of the quality being great. Give it a try and I hope you will like

It’s good idea to open restaurant with afgan food because these meals deserve to be appreciated and tried by everyone:) But the management and service has to be fixed,stuff is inattentive,mistakes in order(we asked for not spicy food but they didn’t point it),no one is care about you when you enter to the restaurant and there is kinda dirty,waiters sometimes forget to clean the tables. Food is delicious:)

I give it a 5 Star, it is fresh, delicious and. Try try. For the person that never tried Afghan food, place take a break and take you shot. It is very loud but if you eat the food you forget it. Enjoy.

I've ordered 3 Chicken Tikka with bread but what i got was with rice and there was no bread. Also the taste of chicken was very simple abs there was no flavor of ingredients. Not recommended

On the Eid day, I went there to enjoy some Afgani foods, and yes, it was worth it. Favourable environment, not overpriced, and most importantly, the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend all to visit this place for a change of taste. You wont regret it.

The Afgan kabuli polau was great in taste. We took the xtra large one for five people.

The food is very tasty and the individual portion’s sizes are satisfying. The service is good and fast, the prices are reasonable and the restaurant stays open until late. I really recommend this place.

Friendly environment and people came mostly with family. The owner was supportive and down to earth in assisting. I highly recommend kebab dishes over here. To feel the environment of Afghanistan, jum in here. Great food, mild music, surroundings, and people over here, I felt it so lively. The services of this restaurant is generally not bad; however, there are one or two waiters working there who are very impolite and don’t behave properly with the customers. The current low rating is due to very bad behavior of the above mentioned waiters.
