+One of the reputed hospital in Baramati. +Doctors are really good and experienced. +Lab is available for diagnostic tests. +Hospital has most modern facilities available in place. +Cashless facility is available, just check on reception before admitting the patient. -Nursing staff and cleaning staff is not at all good. You will have to run behind them whenever you require help. - Some nurses, cleaners talk very arrogantly. - Never seen them using a disinfectant for Cleaning private rooms. They clean it with plain water. - Private rooms need to be renovated. -No security guard in hospital during night. -Management needs to proactively monitor the service given to patients by the staff.

Its more than a review; experiences I had over last 6-7 years since I was first admitted into hospital for typhoid and weakness. If one can imagine an ideal doctor, it’s Dr. R D Wabale. He is an erudite, excellent Doctor and his knowledge in medical field is up to date even surprising his many fellow young doctors. He is the doctor who listens to his patients agony , pain calmly and giving the best suitable advise one can ever have about his/her illness. His ever smiling face despite of heavy load of cases in the midst of COVID19 pandemic gives you much more relief as a patient. I underwent treatment for COVID19 in the very same hospital. On the very first day of admission into hospital I felt completely alright despite of my HRCT Score being 8. My grandparents, my cousins, my family, my friends all adore and trust Dr. R D Wabale for any kind of illness they suffer as they believe in his ability to help them recover and lead a healthy life again. Junior doctors who manage hospital in his absence are also well dedicated - Dr Thombare, Dr Panhale, Dr Kamble, Dr Nimbalkar. The nursing staff is well trained, attentive, kind and caring. Not to forget about the cleanliness and hygiene maintained all around the hospital and different wards. In all and all, if you have any medical issue, I personally recommend Bhagyajay Hospital as the best in field in and around Baramati.

Rude Staff Behavior: During my stay, I encountered several instances of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the hospital staff. Specially from reception staff. Inadequate Communication: I found the communication between staff members and between staff and patients to be lacking. This caused confusion and added to the stress of an already challenging situation. For instance, my mother was diagnosed with dengue, but the doctor did not tell me. As a result, I have to regularly review the patient file to find out the diagnosis and current status. Poor Management: It appeared that the hospital was disorganized, leading to delays, mistakes, and an overall lack of patient care. In medical they Lack of Accountability: When I tried to address my concerns with the staff and request assistance, I was met with dismissive responses and no follow-up action. hefty invoices Because of the high cost of medical bills, having cashless insurance directly affects your co-pay need to pay a greater deductible amount.
