am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
and
concern
regarding
the
recent
experience
I
had
at
your
hospital.
Unfortunately,
my
encounter
with
your
staff
was
characterized
by
rudeness,
misbehavior,
and
a
complete
lack
of
professionalism.
Firstly,
I
was
appalled
by
the
way
your
staff
interacted
with
patients
and
their
families.
Their
communication
skills
were
severely
lacking,
as
they
seemed
unaware
of
how
to
speak
respectfully
and
empathetically
in
such
a
sensitive
environment.
This
kind
of
behavior
is
completely
unacceptable
and
tarnishes
the
reputation
of
your
esteemed
institution.
Furthermore,
the
numbering
system
in
place
for
patient
management
appeared
to
be
completely
mismanaged.
This
resulted
in
long
waiting
times
for
emergency
patients,
who
had
to
endure
more
than
4-5
hours
of
waiting
before
receiving
medical
attention.
Such
delays
can
have
serious
consequences
on
patient
outcomes
and
should
not
be
tolerated.
In
addition,
I
must
highlight
the
poor
time
management
skills
exhibited
by
doctor
during
my
visit.
Their
inability
to
manage
appointments
efficiently
led
to
further
delays
and
increased
frustration
among
patients.
Lastly,
I
found
the
nursing
staff
to
be
unprofessional
in
their
approach
towards
patient
care.
The
lack
of
attention
to
detail
and
disregard
for
basic
protocols
indicates
a
severe
deficiency
in
their
training
and
supervision.
I
must
emphasize
that
this
has
been
one
of
the
worst
medical
experiences
I
have
ever
encountered,
leaving
me
deeply
dissatisfied
with
the
level
of
care
provided
at
your
hospital.
