program
by
May
last
date.
I
wasn't
sure
of
this
process,
as
I
have
tried
too
many
times
with
different
programs
for
weight
reduction
like
medicines,
yoga,
ayurvedic
treatment
etc.
I
was
not
satisfied
from
those.
Even
i
do
have
problems
on
diabetes
and
high
pressure.
I
was
114
kg
weight
before
this
ramzan
and
I
do
find
a
slight
improvement
in
weight
reduction.
I
really
wanted
a
change
in
life
style.
After
ramzan,
I
joined
this
fitness
program.
The
initial
change
was
slow,
but
the
difference
was
find
sooner.
There
wasn't
a
proper
life
style
for
me.
After
the
training
started
I
find
my
Life
changing..
I
developed
a
proper
life
style.
Like
sleep
time,
workouts,
eating
timing,
water
intake..I
did
find
a
refreshment
throughout.
By
this
time
I
reduced
to
104kg.
I
was
very
happy
on
my
progress..even
my
family,
friends
and
well
wishers
congratulate
me
on
my
changes.
One
of
my
close
doctor
even
asked
me
if
I
am
having
any
strong
diabetic
issues
on
this
sudden
variation.
My
pressure
results
are
far
more
better
and
good
improvement
in
my
diabetes
also.
I
do
have
a
proper
guidance
on
working
out
from
master
and
moreover
high
pressure
guidance
from
my
diatician
which
helped
me
a
lot
on
the
food
intake
:D
.
I
am
very
much
happy
with
my
results
and
am
still
continuing
on
this
fitness
program,
till
I
reach
my
goal.
I
recommended
this
program
to
many
of
my
friends
and
family
too.
