One of my favorite places in Beirut. Has a beautiful view of the city, big enough to not feel crowded and small enough to make you think everyone on the walk is your friend. Gives you a great view of the water, has lots of shops and restaurants lined up if you get tired of the heat. You definitely should visit both day and night.
