Never again will I or anyone I know purchase anything from this incompetent company. It took almost 3 weeks for them to inform me that 2 out of 3 items I had ordered were out of stock, after multiple inquiries on my part and consistent delays. They left me with no other choice but to look for far more expensive alternative items in the middle of a currency crisis. Now I cannot afford it anymore. Shameful behavior. I have not experienced this with any of their competitors who offer prompt delivery and courteous responses.

I bought many times from this website and always enjoyed my time in restaurants, beaches and deals they offered. Their products are also great. Great customer service.

Might update my review later on, but my experience was not a good one, I ordered a shoe that was available on their site, then after almost a week they replied that the shoe is not available..then why it's online !!?? They need to update the online system

Staff is really nice bu too litte, you always have to wait in line Pc is available for direct orders Products are not available in store, samples would be great for customers who go there to have an idea of the product Money value is good!

The review below was 10months ago...i did not learn my lesson and I used it again...same issue. 10 days and still haven't received my order. --------- I have given Makhsoom many chances, but the same problem kept repeating itself. They say on their website that delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, and I have never received an order in less than 7 days or even 2 weeks. Either don't mention the delivery time, or correct it on the website. When I complained, they had no problem canceling my order, I think they were even happy to do it. Plus, all their items are available on hicart, or the shops' websites. Not using it again.

The most unprofessional website u can buy from ,not only the order will take more than 10 days to deliver iffff they are able to find it, they will make up new regulations after u have paid the order since forever, and will put you under the new facts with no shame .worst experience ever .

There is a machin that I bought cost 100$ and it didn’t work so I told them if I could exchange it or to refund me the 100$ and they didn’t even care
