I bought a male Bichon puppy from this store, the sales lady gave me his passport showing he was fully vaccinated and ready to go. I asked if I should take him to the vet and she told me I should wait a week because that’ll be when he needs his final vaccination. Fast forward 6 days, I booked an appointment at the vets for the next day and that night the dog began puking in my bed. I took him to the vet the next morning and they looked at his papers and laughed, first of all my puppy was a female and not a male, second of all the entire document was forged and he had no vaccinations. His situation was dangerous and they kept him for observation. The next day they call me and tell me he’s not doing well at all, he might have Parvo (a very dangerous illness in puppies) even tho the papers they gave me said he’d been vaccinated. Two days later my puppy died in the hospital. I took a day to get over this horrible experience and called the store, the lady working there ignored the fact that the gender was incorrect and blamed me for not bringing him back to the shop rather than taking him to the hospital, I asked to speak to the owner. The owner told me he has multiple branches and essentially mistakes happen but he would call me back in a few hours after speaking to his staff. It’s been 3 days of him ducking my calls and promising call backs that never happen, this is by far the worst pet store in Beirut, its more of a business that couldn’t care less if an innocent puppy lives or dies so long as they make a sale

3 reasons why I put a one star:- - this store is way over-priced as an example a chow chow in other stores costs 700-800$ a chow chow in this store costs a 1200$ on a good day. So you’ll be expected to pay 200-500$ more on any dog you want to buy. - they are a bunch of liars who make up this whole story about how they get 2 shipments from abroad a week while realistically their supplier is in Lebanon just to justify why they jack up the price. - The woman who works there is simply not a good person she’ll ignore you if you tell her she’s to pricey and she can knowingly sell you sick pets just so she doesn’t deal with them

It's a very huge variety of pets and accessories one shop to find all what u need to your pet ( fish, birds, dogs, cats and others ... ) Better to throw a visit and u won't regret ( parking in front of the shop is a available )

You can find anything you need to pamper your pet, however some branches are not so clean

Used to buy food for my dog from here, for a long time and they always sell 100% pure pets, the owner is very good and helpful

The worst per store experience! I bought a $900 dog from them and gave it back for free because it was giving me allergy. When I asked for it back because I found a solution for my allergy they refused to return it to me. So basically they stole $900 from me!
