One of the best hotels in the child-friendly Bogor area, the impression of luxury can be seen when entering the lobby and parking lot which is equipped with lift facilities and bridge access to the "Ah Pong" food center. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool which is quite comfortable and suitable for children. Kidsclub is available on the 3rd floor with a wide selection of toys. The breakfast menu is very diverse + the indomie stand spoils the guests. It is suitable for office or personal events.

Located in Sentul, only accessible by private vehicle. Went here for business workshop, check in is quite lengthy due to error in receptionist but sorted quite quick. I stayed in the single queen bed room, the room is neat and clean. Amenities are superb and the room service is responsive. The view is majestic as well and the bathroom is okay. This hotel has tons of conference & meeting rooms that are often occupied. The staffs are super helpful in arranging the venue, the meeting rooms are huge, and the equipments (audio, projector, etc) are top notch. Would recommend this hotel for anyone planning for a business meeting outside Jakarta.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The food was delightful, offering a diverse variety. The rooms were clean, ensuring a comfortable experience. Its strategic location allowed easy exploration of nearby restaurants, and the dedicated kids' swimming pool was a great touch for families.

the age of this hotel is not very new. But the location is very strategic in the middle of the Sentul area. For meeting rooms, the views are small and the atmosphere is fun for discussions and meetings. But not all rooms in this hotel have a good view, especially on the 3rd floor. But for the rooms above the floor the view is very good from the balcony

It is okay. Employee at restaurant need more training. The hotel room is nice though. Service could be better for restaurant staff but front staff is nice and knowledgeable. Price is a bit off the chain though for the restaurant. So I eat out instead.

Ms agisni the operator was helpful durinb our stays in alana. This hotel is lcated in sentul right after andalusia. There are many resturants, food stall. The breakfast in the hotel was superb amazing!!

it's a very nice hotel.. the breakfast menus need improvement... everything else were okay... unless the bathroom. i hate when i found a hotel bathroom that only has a fixed shower head without the hand shower... more over, the floor on the shower area was not properly leveled so the water didn't completely flow to the drain and the other thing i hate most is when they put the closet on the dry area next to the sink but... it has a jet spray too.. ridiculous... i don't know why that hotel's interior designers or architects make that position as a standard in most hotels in indonesia... it would be lots better to place the closet next to the shower with a partiton so it can be used as a dry or wet toilet as most indonesians need.

Good service. But quality of food and beverage and at Buffet breakfast must to increasing develop🙏 for hygiene also quality of coffee is not that much,it less than world standard🤟. But in over all I like this hospitality

We got a room head to a mountains. It is very comfortable to swim in the pool with families. The meals is so delicious. My family and I feels very comfortable to stay overnight here. Thanks to Ms. Annisa for your services

The room were splendid with individual terraces. We got the mountain view with scorching sun rise penetrating through the tiny gap between the drapes. (We couldnt close them tight and didnt brought any hair clips) Food were absolutely lousy. Tasteless and will not recommend to any msg lover like me. But they make it up by making lots of variation and option to choose from. The pool is beside the restaurant. So i got a nice view of people going in for morning swim. No adults all kids. 😅🤭 Overall was nice for a 4 star. But not going to return coz the food were dissapointing.

Its very recommended to stay and meeting purpose. All of the staffs are very helpful and friendly during my stay period this week. The food menus also various with delicious taste. Specially the SEBLAK, its the best !! Besides that, the view around the hotel help me for healing and relaxing after whole day meeting. Two thumbs up and well done. This is the second time I stay here. The room is good and comfy as always, expected from Archipelago Group. The price is also reasonable, and the gym is also complete in facilities. About the restaurant, I knew really well that the option on this hotel is quite variative and they are spot on in flavor. The service is also good. Their service is good, especially Dian who serves us well during breakfast. Nice.

The first time I visit Alana. I'm very excited with the hospitality and kindnesses of the employees, since we arrived, park, walking through the lobby and have a lunch at the restaurant. Everyone so nice and so polite. Thanks to Annisa, Front Office attendant. She is very kind, helpfull and have a lovely smile. We are feel very welcome with her hospitality. Hopefully our company will have chance to held an event at Alana.

Good place and nice place to stay. There are some room for improvement: - the air condition can be improve, it is not cold enough. - there tomcat in the room, if you can spray anti insect things like baygon between room change, it might help your user against tomcat or mosquito.

One of the best hotel in Sentul. The staff are all well trained, polite, and helpful. The security system also well conducted. Warm hospitality by the service staff (Anisa) if you planned to held a conference, this hotel must be in your list.

Rooms and services are excellent, but the location of the hotel is a little bit further from the main road. This make a hotel less noisy, and it's good for the guests that want to have a nice and not busy environment. However, if we'd like to go on foot to explore the culinary outlets, we needs to walk quite far enough. Overall the hotel is good for staycation, escape from the hecticness of Jakarta on the weekend.

The hotel provides a great deal of relaxing experience and the rooms have the perfect bed after a long day. The roof top bar has a good variety of drinks and food, the only downside is the closing time of roof top bar maybe during weekend can extend the opening to at least 1 am l!

First come here to have a meeting. The food quite good, but not too special. Meeting room was good enough and big.. Ac is cold and the presentation things are good. The resto is big enough with some of food combinations

Check in and check out very easy. I book via agoda so easy. 5 stars for all the staff hotel, good job, polite, friendly.. pool is nice, but there is constructions there and i am afraid of the dust in the pool. Though its hot but around 3 pm there are shades around the pool so its not sun direct.. Breakfast also satisfying.. Many variety, spacious place.. The room door is quiet thin, i can hear people talking or walking in front of my room. Location very good. 15 min to bogor, many markets around, cafe, coffeeshop, restaurant. Overall i have a pleasant stay though its a bit crowded because its a long weekend stay. Thanks alana and thanks to lobby staff, dining staff, pool staff, front gate staff, room service staff, they are all kind and sweet.

Staying at Alana sentul for a short vacation with family. Located in strategic position, near aeon and ahpoong. They have good ambiance, nice balcony view. the room was clean n tidy. The pool is big but in my opinion only suitable for children/family (pretty short for adult) . The breakfast pretty good and has many variety.

The stay was amazing.... The staff was very helpful and very friendly, During the check-in process, Mbak Jeni was very kind to give us an early check-in and the room for me really got an amazing view, directly facing Mount Salak . Very amazing.... the facilities are also complete.. the children are very happy, we always swim at night and the atmosphere is very calm.... the check out process was also very fast assisted by Mas Rifal who was super friendly... We have stayed here a few times and everytime was a great experience. We feel very welcomed from the moment we arrive to the moment we checkout. The room is always clean. The food is always good with a large selection. The staff always friendly and willing to help. Upon arrival checking in was quick and easy. Checking out was also fast thanks to Keisha Wina and Gita at the reception desk. We will definitely continue to visit The Alana whenever we are in the area. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great hotel with great hospitality and lovely staff , we came early at 12 pm and the front desk Ms. Jeni kindly let us check in into our room immediately , then Mr. Jamal kindly assist our luggages and escort us to our room . The room was spacious and clean also have a balcony,we got a beautiful pool view room and the hotel also have a connecting bridge to Ah Poong which is really convenient as we do not have to use our car to go there. Will definitely come back for another staycation , Thank you again Ms. Jeni and Mr. Jamal!

Family friendly hotel. Services are okay. Foodies are great. Fine fitness center. And if you are a runner or jogger or just for walking, this hotel is so ideal. There's an uphill road just outside the hotel. I love it! Will come back for many times I think.

During lebaran holiday, I booked 6 rooms for family vacation in Alana hotel. This hotel has great services when I lost my bath robe. Good attitude and hospitality. Everyone seems has been trained well. Small praying corner for Muslims (it would be nice if there was small mosques, but then again there's a bigger mosque just around the corner with walking time to get there). Sufficient lobby size but the entrance sensor needs to be checked, I presume. Overall, it's a four star for this four star hotel

Arriving at the Alana Hotel in the early morning of 2am, was a sight for sore eyes. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff have been amazing. Wina, Sahra and Zulfa have been extremely accomodating at the front desk being full of laughs and warm welcomes. I always looked forward to seeing them on my return to the hotel. The service at the buffet, vertical lounge and cafe by the pool has been exceptional. Ajeng, Amel, Adit, Fasya, Mellen and Salman are just some of the many unforgettable people I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay. The team make an amazing coffee, delicious food and an overall wonderful space to relax. I appreciate everything they have done for me the past few weeks. During my stay I celebrated my 24th birthday. The wonderfull staff didn’t let me forget it either by providing me with not one but two cakes that will leave me with an unforgettable experience. Last but not least, it was always a relief to come home to an immaculately cleaned room. Thank you Firman and the cleaning team for their hard work and unconditional dedication to making the Alana Hotel feel like a home and also a special little retreat. Overall, the Alana Hotel has been the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at and I hope to return in the near future.

Great place for vacation and business meeting. Clean room with balcony. Lots of food variation. It's a bit pricey though for the location. Totally worth it if you can find promo or have the corporate rate.

Location is in Sentul city in front of Ah Pong restaurant. Room is comfy and clean. Restaurant is spacious. Breakfast and lunch is plenty with choices from traditional to modern foods. But the taste is need huge improvement. Price is high and surely need reduction to have more people can enjoy the hotel. Parking is in separate building, is also huge and it is easy to access lobby from parking building.

One of our favorite hotels, this is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Very family hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, there are balconies, more spacious balconies. Now the part that children like the most is the big swimming pool, there is a kids pool too. For breakfast it's just normal but lots of variety. Recommended for children...Close to A pong. This time I happened to get a room where the air conditioner was not cold enough. Next, definitely come back again.

Deluxe room is so neat and clean. Great room information from receptionist. Large pool and clean. We have outside view rather than pool view, but that nice too. We had a meeting here. The meeting was held in Vertikal Sky Lounge. The meeting room was spacious, beautiful interior design. Good food, excellent service. However the sound system needs to be improved, the sound was very soft. But overall was great. Thank you

It was perfect experienced. We booked for deluxe with standard view and because we asked to decor the room with help from Sahra and Annisa with some additional fees(i could say it's a fair price) and they decided to upgrade with better view which is pool view. Not to mentioned their breakfast also sky bar also great. Thank you Alana. Definitely will go there again if we want to stay at Sentul Area.

Very good service from the front liner, the receptionist (Ms Sahra) and the banquet sales (Ms Leony) and the banquet team. The ambience of the hotel is nice , it will be very pleasant to bring your family to stay here. The restaurant have a lot of menu, and the taste is all good.

The staff also was great, especially anisa really helpful for all the needs, and pro-active with the request. The room also very comfy and homey, makes you relax and chill, and could enjoy every moment there. Surely will come back when we stay at The Alana again.

Very disappointed in my stay at Alana Hotel. I have negative and positive about my stay, but my overall experience is very disappointing. The positive - the hotel is very well maintained, clean, food is okay, the view from the room is breathtaking. However my negative experience is from the staff specifically the front of house. Check in was so long and staff are very unfriendly and not helpful. Some kitchen staff also not friendly. Everyone walking around not smiling. In my eyes this hotel lacks hospitality, lacks friendliness, smiling, greeting guests etc. The staff make the hotel, if the staff are tired or unhappy it gives off a bad experience to the guests. Since my arrival in Saturday I haven't felt welcomed, I have not found that traditional Indonesian warmth hospitality. Very different from other hotels i have stayed at. I really hope management can address this issue because this hotel is very nice and it is a real pity that certain members of staff let it down.

Everything was fine, only dissapointed with the service. I stayed on 1 Jan - 2 Jan 2023 for NYE. The room was twin bed & requested to combined and the staff said YES. Waiting for 30 mins, no one came and tried to re-call them. Sadly, NO ONE CAME until checked out. On the second day, I took my son to the kids playground (3rd floor), the ambience was excellent, the play area was good only the air was very packed and stuffy (assuming they turned on the AC only half area). Requested the staff to turned on the AC, again, they said YES but only God knows when they will make it work 🥲. Great big chain hotel but very poor service.

And I also want to extend my thanks to Miss Ayang from the front office department for her kind and polite assistance. I truly value her high level of professionalism.

All the staff at this hotel provide excellent service, and I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Annisa, who is kind and polite. However, I hope the menu selections were more diverse, and I also hope the strong beef odor on each meat menu could be diminished (if I have the opportunity to visit this hotel again). One additional thing, the room is not soundproof, I frequently overheard children running in the hotel hallway and shouting loudly. Yet Overall I give 5 star.
