4-star hotels and villas with the feel of a lake with a green hotel concept can be seen in every corner of the building. The hotel nearby sentul highland golf club. Guests can enjoy the canoe facilities on the man-made lake with a few swans adding to the natural feel. The hotel facilities include a fairly large kids club and a gym area in front of the lift area between buildings. The breakfast menu is very varied and is one of the best hotels that has a delicious and complete breakfast menu. Cleanliness is quite maintained, but a little less for the part of the building facing the lake. overall hotel service is very good.

I stayed here for 3 nights, booked double bed room and then king size / cliff room. The views from cliff room is great as it faces the lake and has a balcony with terrace and seatings. The restaurant menus are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've had food menu variants from Indonesian, Arabian, Japanese, and Western food, cakes and pastries, and ice cream as well. The gym could be bigger, the existing is too small. The hotel provides sufficient place for Friday prayer and daily prayers. Recommended.

We spent a week here both for vacation and business trips. We were very happy with the room service, cleanliness, friendly staff, the facilities, the view, and THE FOOD. We ordered room service once or twice and the food always came in generous portions. It was a nice surprise since the price was not that expensive. The buffet at the restaurant was delicious, and there were so many options to choose from. I was asked to give credit to the staff named FAZA. I was already agreeing earlier at the front office while checking out, but then she came over to our table when we were having lunch at the restaurant and she asked again (and insisted) me to write a Google Review immediately. I was having lunch with my partner and my daughter. It was less pleasant to me. But overall it was a really really nice experience and maybe next time we'd like to book a room by the pool. Had a difficult experience in check-in procedure, but the manager did his best to apologize. The hotel itself has good views and upon checking in our rooms, we were offered welcome drinks and dinner. The dinner is really good! Room is also clean and good value. We wished we had a better experience, but we appreciate the management for the effort. In the end it is worth it.

First impression of the hotel was bad, family was greeted with two unmaintained, wall garden without plants parking buildings, one is full to the top and the ramps are narrow. I have had decided to park to the second building which has an available space. Room had issues, the refrigerator is not cold, balcony door is hard to open, temperature of the shower fluctuated from very hot to warm. I can only recommend this hotel if you don't have a choice for a place to stay.

The hotel is super especially the food. They serve many variation of food and the taste is super tasty. I really like Nasi Hainan but i forget to take the pic. The breakfast is good too. The ambiance of the hotel is so comfy. Nice view from the balcony.

Once stayed in here. Experience is not to impressive a bit disappointed thou. 1. Water pool is dirty, maybe there was a party a night before. 2. The pasta is horrible 3. A bit to much expensive compare with the facility/ experience 4. Never going back here. 5. Previously i also gave them 3 stars. Then they contact me, then asking for apology by came to my room. There were 3 staffs, manager, greeter ( a lady that keep recording me with her phone without my permission and very annoyed), and a chef. Then asking me to change the review. And give a free pasta. The pasta is better. And the water pool is directly cleaned up. (You should clean up before a guest complain, regularly checked) But the recording process is makes me very very very uncomfortable. So i better stay away from this hotel. You should NEVER EVER recording your guest anymore. Your management can see you through CCTV in hallway anyway if you need some report to higher management. I’m not giving you 1-3 stars anymore even thou i’m eager to give 2 stars now. Because i’m very annoyed by the way you apologized.

Great place to spend time for family moments. Several notes for improvements: 1. have a smaller extra bed; 2. make sure your staff is present at every stall in the breakfast venue; 3. make sure your staff picks up the phone :) Your hotel triumphs location and your breakfast, lobby and swimming pool are so charming as they face the beautiful mountain view. Your hotel is also family friendly as you provide playground for kids even swans around the lake. Unique architecture, amazing view, great facilities, i really appreciate how they create the garden & lake. various type of food but the taste of the main course is not special.. and there is only 1 type of tea in the room. The hotel is luxury and very kid friendly, kids can do many activities here feeding animal, fishing, playing basketball, swimming, complete playground, and billiard for adult. Variaty of food and good taste. The room is clean and have good view with pool and also the bathroom is clean. Large parking. Good services. This hotel will be our preference next time. I had an exceptional experience at Aston Hotel Sentul. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat, although there's a little bit problem with access card. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff. The hotel's location is ideal, providing convenient access to various locations. A definite 5-star stay! We booked this hotel during the highest season of the year, year end holiday. We stayed for 5D4N. It was perfect. Highest apreciation to all F&B and Housekeeping team. Eventough the hotel was fully booked, the service and the quality of the food served during breakfast was very well executed. There were never out of food. Even in the injury time, few minutes before closed. Everything still available, plenty utensils, tables were cleaned in a materof minutes. Our favourite was live station Nasi Goreng. 10 out of 10 we would say. For the housekeeping, they still manage to do a torough job altough every single room was occupied. They were very attentive to our needs for extra bed, towels, etc. Even they still manage to clean the dishes from room service at very late hour. Salute! Because we all know, the quality of a hotel and its staff will shown during holidays. Definitely will come again.

Receptionist did not inform about free car parking, flooding at bathroom at 801 (water couldn't flow due to wrong gradient/level). The lost and found worked well, I can still get my clothes after 2 weeks.

We stayed in several rooms with friends and fams. One of the bathrooms smells not good. Limited TV channel, there is no free to watch HBO, cinemax or any other movie channel. Breakfast options are great. Facilities and atmosphere are wonderful

At first, it was quite difficult to understand the layout and room arrangement as it has 2 wings. The room is neat and the breakfast okay. The personnel are helpful and friendly. A nice experience

It was okay but nothing special. Most of the menus for room service were not available, very limited choice to be honest. Nothing was available on the beverage menu from the bar apart from beer and gin and tonic. The breakfast: lots of variety but some of the food we tried were served cold or just “warm.” We stayed in suite room, it was nice and spacious with good view. Terrible wifi unfortunately.

Had great experience here, their staffs are so friendly. Room was tidy and cleaned regularly. Good and various breakfast menu. Breathtaking lake view. But I had minor inconvenience when asking for new towel or other amenities, because they didn't deliver it right away and had to be reminded several times.

Room service is very satisfying because the cleanliness of the room is very good with the cleaning service Mr. Dindi, the room facilities are very complete and work very well. All hotel staff from security, receptionists, room attendants, restaurant waiters to their parking door guards are very friendly.

A hotel and resort with the view of hill. It is nice place to both working meeting and also leisure. There are so many facilities for kids like kids zone, pet zone and swimming pool. The changing room are not realy visible, you need to go downstairs from the pools. The elevator access might be confusing if you are the first timer come. Food ad beverage are so good with taste and selections.

Highly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready. Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture. Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya. Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.

They are located just 5 minutes' walk from taman budaya, making us no need to deal with hustling car parks in taman budaya. Service is good. The room is clean, even though it feels a little old. Wifi definitely needs to be improved. Breakfast offers a lot of options with a spacious area. One of the unique stalls is the Indomie station. They have a lot of variant indomie. Mba Bertha at the restaurant also performed nice gestures by asking for our feedback.

The place is great. The food they served was really good. It such an excellent experience having stayed at this hotel. The service they offer was top notch. The receptionist, Miss Delia is also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

The room service were asked us to leave at 10 am even tho the check out time is at 12. Surprisingly they knocked at our door again at 11 and asked us to leave again twice. The receptionist wasn’t a great help either at providing our company needs, so much different services were given with other hotels at this price range. The rooms and food was average.

The hotel staff (Ayu) is very friendly and often check to make sure our stay here is good. View is good and while the hotel room looks a little old, they are clean and well maintained.

Often visited this place for business meeting, and yet have not seen any improvement from the Hotel. Well where do I start, there are way too much things to talk about. 1. Service The service is just bad, the checking in time is just so long. Ask the bed to be combine but it took them such a long time. 2. Booking Tried asking the front office, called on the number written, and texted via whatsapp. NO CONSISTENT ANSWER about the availability of the room. The front office said the rate was 1,5 mio whilst on whatsapp they said it was 1,2 mio. AND THEY TOOK TOO LONG TO ANSWER ON WHATSAPP, chat them on 8 AM, only get an answer on 3 PM. They kept saying that "we reply the whatsapp one by one". Lol such obvious answer, even babies know that. Called on the number written on google, but well, always busy, can't get through. 3. Room Availability They seemed to sold out so fast huh? I never believed it, because it’s just like them trying to play with the market prices. Because not once I was lied to. 4. Room The room was old, dusty, the air conditioning is not cool enough. And it’s also loud. Can hear the people from the room above, on the hallway, from the room around, etc. 5. Food The food was so meh. Not worth the calories at all. THERE ARE FLIES IN THE RESTAURANT GUYSSSSSS DAAAMMMNN!!!!! 6. Meeting Room Had a meeting in Ekana, and already turned the air conditioning off. BUT THE ROOM IS STILL WAY TOO COLD, it's seriously not good for working ergonomic as it is too cold to bear. By the time we finished my meeting here I think we will get a cold for sure. Searched for the Hotel Staff, but NO ONE IS ON STANDBY. Wow seriously I literally HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS HOTEL. Stayed not once or twice in this hotel, seriously tried to give this hotel another chance. But well, have not seen any improvement so here I am written all of my experiences in Google Review. Every time I have a business trip in this hotel, it always ruined my mood. Thanks.

Stayed here twice this year, the rooms are excellent (we tried out the suite and deluxe pool view with connecting doors). Both of my children really enjoyed their stay. We loved their breakfast and dinner buffet (although the dinner one can be a bit pricey); they have a wide range of food options (traditional and international food), so the kids always have something to eat even though they can be very picky. My husband enjoyed his time at the gym while I received a massage in their spa. The spa was relaxing, and the staff was really nice and friendly. Looking forward to visit their spa again one day.

sorry i have to update the review since I really upset to ask the FO to email my reservation team to update my booking. I have to go to receptionist three times and ask through WA several times while I still need to attend and focus on my meeting. However, the food was good and I enjoy it…

Room was comfy, especially the fluffy double pillow. Various breakfast which 1 night stay wouldn’t enough to experience all. Ms. Delia also gave us warm greeting in table. Keep up the good work :)

Nice mountain view for nice vacation. We love the lake view with the swans swim around the lake. Staying 3nights are so relaxing with comfy room at 10th floor. The hotel staffs have a great hospitality, also friendly and polite. About the breakfast almost the same food in 3days, needs to be improved for variety menu. Narrow car parking also, hard to park the car.

Excellent service. Taufik is a warm person! The meeting room is nice. Oh and lunch! You can get Japanese, Indonesian, Western, Thai, so many choices... Desert and Ice Cream too! The view is breathtaking. The hotel is huge, so I am a bit tired walking Hahaha 😁 but it was a nice stay... Thank you!

Overall ok. Stayed at the villa. Its comfortable. Food supply was also good. The only dissappinting thing was the leisure side. From asking the fishing equipment multiple times to wanting to feed the rabbits as offered in the website, none was done.

The ambience and the view are great… the hospitality makes me comfortable to stay.. room service staffs are very helpful especially mr. Nendy & mr taufik A bit crowded guests during ppkm fear me to strolling me around hotel.. the hotel should implement healthy protocol more tightly especially in restaurant area, social distancing is a must.. The staff members were nice and friendly. Snacks and beverages that were served in VIP lounge are tasty. Clean villa, private pool and jacuzzi. Resto had many choices on breakfast menu, also followed health protocols during pandemic. High recommended for family staycation.

Stayed here for 3 days, the place is great, the room was clean and comfortable with a view towards a villa cluster. The services were excellent. One of the waiter, mr. Eky, was very helpful and accommodating. The food also tasted good. There's one that needs improvement which was the bbq dinner. We had bbq dinner on the 2nd night, too bad some of the grilled fish and shrimps were too charred. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Great facilities, friendly staffs. We can have breakfast while enjoying the scenery of the mountains and the swimming pool. My mom and my aunt really wanted to have breakfast outdoor but it was quite pack. However, one of the staffs, Gaga, helped us finding a spot, ready the table, even gave suggestions for nearby sightseeings and helped us taking pictures. Thank you for the hospitality! Those who have children can stay in one of the Pool Access that is easier to reach the pool. It also have villas for those who want to have more private space.

I like the view, all the staffs very helpful. The children are having fun with fishing and rabbits feeding. Even the cleaning service was very helpful. The price is affordable, we are so grateful they have connecting room and nice environment to have a relaxing weekend.

Third stay at Aston Sentul Lake and never disappointed me. They served us with welcoming ice creams and offer a balcony with beautiful mountain and man-made lake scenery. Unfortunately when I came here for the third times, the restaurant was too crowded so we had to queue for a couple of times

I have very pleasant stay here. Complete stay with many activities and attractions here. You can try canoeing here with free (don't forget to give tip to the staff for canoeing), there are ducks and swan also swimming on the lake, kids play room also available here and you can play table tennis also for free! Details activities I shared on my image. Oh ya there's karaoke room also in 5th floor. There is welcome drink & snack once you check in on your 1st day of stay. Gym, swimming pool also available.

Room was very clean and had a nice view, although the AC was quite hot. The food here is nice but some of them were served by the chef and they gave you small amounts of food. Also has great service, the staffs are very friendly (special thx to Mr Krisma for cleaning the room🙂)

Stay in one bedroom villa with friends, received a great offer from Pak Boni. Check in was smooth, villa is more than great with private pool and jacuzzi, view to the lake, and great room facilities. They offered a fresh coconut and also some welcome snacks! Dinner was also great, you can even request to have your breakfast delivered to the room so you still can enjoy both breakfast and swimming at the same time, privately! Will definitely come back again with kiddos. Thanks to all staff for a great stay experience.

the service, room, and ambience were great. the food for breakfast was nice, they have variation of foods to pick. Unfortunately, I have some problem with the room service food that I ordered, but they solved it quick enough to replace it and turns out good. This hotel maybe more suitable for company event or family vacation. so far I have pleasant stay, and shout out to the receptionist mba Dahlia who gave us a nice service!

I stayed at the suite room attending business meeting. The room is very spacious. One dissatisfaction is I asked for an iron but they didn’t give me the iron board, that should be a SOP, weird. Good customer service from Faza who came to engage us during lunchtime asking how we’re doing. Food overall is good, wide variety is of the menu. At least I know lunch buffet menu today is different than yesterday’s. Suggestion to up the quality of grilled meat i.e. good prime cuts (sirloin, ribs, etc) rather cheap cuts.
