A very hygienic and clean hospital of our area. Consultant are very humble and caring . Hospital staff is courteous and prompt in delivering a helping hand. We got good treatment and medicines at affordable cost . Secondly the late evening OPDs are a much respite for working professionals.

In this Area a Medical Facility like this was very much required. All the staff is Good. I just want to share 1 bitter experience out of my 3 Visits there. On 06Sep2023 at around 07:30 PM, One Guy was present on Counter and I saw him first time there. He behaved very Rudely because my Paytm payment showed Pending for 5 seconds in total and after 5 seconds other lady present at counter took picture of the payment successful message. In these 5 seconds I told that guy it will be cleared and he said "TO ISKO CLEAR KARO NA AISEY NAHIN HOGA AND STARTED ARGUING". May be he was taking me lightly because of my casual attire as I stay very close to the Medis Hospital. People like these should not be there at any cost as Owner/Management is spending a good amount of Money and People like this should not destroy the Goodwill of the facility. Hope Management will take care of this thing.

Nice front office staff and nice doctor for ent Dr. Neha. She listens out to the problems of patients well and give best diagnose.
