While Dr. Howard Hertz is a pleasant and seems knowledgeable, his practice which he runs with his son Jarad is horrible. First of all when you call they say they are a weight management practice. Whatever it is that you go there for, they will order a ridiculous amount of “tests “. I’m assuming so they can bill the insurance companies. But try getting your results back. My husband had to make another appointment to get his results and guess what, they gave him 4 more tests. One was a cognitive functioning test ( given by who knows). He received a call indicating that there was a problem with and that he should call a certain telephone number. He did. There was a recording and he left a message but never heard back. Worst of all he received a call over 2 weeks after his echocardiogram indicating there was a problem. He was told the doctors son would call him back. Did not happen. When we called the office they said we would have to make a telecaster conference appointment and that we would have to call another number. I did and was asked to leave a message. I left a frustrated message indicating that A call over 2 weeks later indicating that there was a problem with my husband echocardiogram was unacceptable and that we needed to hear from the doctor asap. Week tantrum was 2 days ago and we haven’t heard. I will be filing a complaint with NY State. Now I know how they afford all the marble in their office. They are bilking the insurance companies, providing inadequate care and not responding to patients. Run as fast as you can from this practice

Dr Howard Hertz has been my primary care doctor for almost 40 years. His knowledge, compassion and experience has literally saved my life, more than once. This is the best doctor and staff. Thank you once again my doctor and dear friend. Enbal Moussaieff is a RPA who is compassionate, professional, and brilliant. My wife and I love her. She listens carefully and has an amazing memory. She recalls facts and conversations from more than 10 years ago. She has so many patients that ask to see her and we are 2 of them. Thank you Enbal for the outstanding care you give us. And thank you Dr Howard Hertz for recognizing Enbal's excellence is patient care. We could not be in better hands and highly recommend this practice.

In the last two almost three years I’ve come to this office and I’ve ALWAYS had a terrible experience. The staff always has an attitude and then looks at you like you are crazy when you ask what’s taking so long after sitting and waiting for 2+ hours. I’ve heard good things about the doctors but here’s the thing, you can be the best doctor in the world but if you don’t know how to #1 run on time with your schedule and #2 have a terrible staff then you should not have a practice. You are better off finding someone who has better staff and knows how to deal with time management. This is regards to both offices.

Really band management. The staff is very rude they don’t perform diligently. I know too many people who left, I followed them. Dr Howard & Ryan is nice that’s the only plus here but makes no sense because you see them for 2 mins literally and then all other things is dealth by the incompetent staff - you’ll get more sick with these staff so run. Also have to wait like 4 hours to see a dr and that’s with an appointment.

As a new patient I must say this has practice is very friendly l. The girls aren’t the front are a pleasure, very smiley and they were really helpful on the phone even when I was making the appointment. The office is one of the nicest Drs. Offices I have ever been in it makes you feel at home. I saw Dr, Howard and he is a very attentive gentlemen and I appreciate that in a Dr. I’m glad I chose this office and will continue to come.

I have been going to Babylon Medical for a good number of years now. I started seeing Dr. Jared Hertz and within the first visit figured out my problem which was my back. I now see Dana the nurse parctitoner and she is remarkable , is very thorough caring and listens and always has a smile.

I have been seeing Dr.Howard Hertz for about 20 years now. He was well as his staff has always been professional. The office is kept clean. There may be a few times that I had to wait awhile before I was seen but that was only because they were very busy. at that time. When it was my turn to be seen, I was never rushed. Dr Hertz always took his time asked questions and never once did you have a raise? His voice always so spoken.

I've been going to Babylon Medical Practice for about 30 years, and these days usually see P.A. Ryan. He is attentive and pleasant. Since Robert began answering the phone, scheduling appointments is a breeze. There's usually a long wait (I just schedule that into my day), but the waiting room is lovely and there's always something interesting -- classical music, old films, etc. -- on the TVs. What a nice break from the usual daytime commercial TV streaming in most doctors' offices. I'm still going there even though I moved 40 minutes away several years ago.

I started with Dr. Hertz and the staff 5 years ago. I have ALWAYS recieved the best care from the entire staff. Never a long wait at appointment, very easy to make appointments. Always treated with the highest respect. Thank You Duane Henke

Dr. Hertz and his staff all the way from the front desk to the back took care of me and my husband through it all! Even when we had an accident they were very attentive and made us feel comfortable. Dr Jared is also super thorough on his exams. I feel like I am getting fully checked when I go for my physical and nothing is missed! Last year I saw Dana for my physical. She couldn't have been more nice, caring, smart, and a patient advocate. I highly recommend this practice for all of your needs. They even have imaging and stress tests which is so convenient.

I just started going to the office a few months ago, I love it there, the staff was very professional and courteous. I saw NP Kristina and she made me feel comfortable, because she was young, professional and relatable. she as very understanding and knowledgeable. My blood work were completed on time as well as my follow-up appointment was very thorough. I would really recommend this office considering I hate going to the doctors.
