Rented a 2 bedroom apartment as they didn't have any other choices. Some suggestions which I hope they can consider Pros 1. Delightful and friendly staff 2. Very good sized rooms 3. HD TV with netflix and YouTube 4. Big refrigerator 5. Lots of drinking water supplies 6. Absolutely value for money price, I think even if it's higher it's still a good deal 7. Pretty decent curtains that block off the sun in the morning 8. Lots of storage places Cons 1. Water pressure is terrible. It's an instant heater but still the pressure is just bad. 2. The blankets are way too thin 3. Thicker towels for drying off 4. The sofa is very uncomfortable. The sitting space is too narrow and the backrest is too upright. 5. Hotel is next to a church, so weekend early mornings start with plenty of worship music. It didn't really bother me but just something to note. 6. For older folks, take note that this is a walk up apartment and is not wheelchair Accessible 7. They do not accept credit card only gcash and cash. I had a frantic time trying to get my payment sorted before I checked out, requesting for payment a the time of check in will have given me more time to settle the payment. 8. A large sign outside would help people find the place. Many of our grab drivers couldn't find the area. We also missed it the first time we passed by. Overall it was a great experience so I would like to give it 5 stars, as many of the cons could be overlooked.

Absolutely amazing staff and modern suites!! We had the pleasure of checking in to Le Chateau. We honestly booked the cheapest room we could find online for a quick getaway to bacolod, expectations were low but from the moment we walked in the door , we felt at home. Management went above and beyond , even taking us to the bank to ensure our safety when we arrive because we needed to get some cash. After making withdrawal, manager took us through the city of Bacolod for a quick site seeing and recommendations of what to do, see and eat. Even when arrive back at the hotel/apartment, finance side of things were not his concern and begged us to get comfortable first, sort payment later. Long story short, every staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay which evidently got extended multiple times . If only hubby knew about this place sooner, I’m sure he would have booked his 6 week trip with him 🤣 Anyone looking for a spacious , nice apartment, close proximity to city. Dont look any further. Cant wait to stay again 😁

This place has just been put up but a couple years. I can still smell the paint, that fresh. The owner is friendly and helpful. Hopefully in the future an elevator can be installed, stairs can be a bit much for older visitors. The room I was given seem like halfway done. Electrical was completed in the bathroom for the water heater, just needs the equipment put in. It was a 2 bedroom unit, no bed in the other room. This has plenty of space with couch and kitchen plus a dining table. Plenty of space to park your vehicle, won't really need it because good food and drinks are but a few steps away.

A very nice place to stay if you're planning to go to Bacolod.🧡 Owner is nice and approachable. We tried to extend our stay but unluckily since the place seems to be really popular we are not able to. The owner himself apologized to my sister advising her that if he only knew he wouldn't accept the booking just after ours. (well I mean it's not his fault really 😅but he still makes us feel that he didn't want to cause any inconvenience even after our stay is over) Kuya Zaldy (helper) waited for us to arrived since our flight was delayed😢 and make sure to help us with ALL are things. He carried all our bags until we reached our room(2nd floor) mind you, we are five individuals and we have two bags each 🫡 Salute to the owner and to all the staff and helpers in Le Cháteau Residences Bacolod🎉🎉🎉💕You made our stay memorable 💯😊😊😊

Hotel has lovely appearence. Room was nice enough. Killed 2 roaches and caught 1 lizard during my 1 night stay. The resturant across the street had good food. A group of 5 were getting drunk and urinating near a fence within eye sight of my gf and I during our meal. 5 employees standing around said nothing. A bathroom was clearly available.

The place is cozy and we'll maintained, it's also clean and quiet. If you ever planning to visit Bacolod? La Chateau Residences is the perfect place to be. Staffs/Owners are sweet. Sir RG is also funny as well😊.

Highly recommended. Perfect place to relax and unwind after our long ride. Very Clean and spacious rooms.

The owner is very approachable, nice and simple and also the staff are nice. Its nice place because they have terrace in the rooftop where you can see the trees at the same time take picture also. The money we pay is worth it. Thats for sure i can recommend to other people. And Le Chateau residence deserve for 5 stars.

Good place to stay nearby Bacolod municipal. Quiet place, Good staff and Owner (Sir. Ramon). Also they have a partner car service Sir. Ramil who can show and tour you around the city of Bacolod.

Mr Raymond is very welcoming. Recommended for families and small groups. Good and safe parking spaces. Chill roofdeck too.

Hotel has very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Facilities are nice also. Definately worth it's price. I will definately be coming back here.
