Each day at BC, I was able to sharpen the most important fundamental movements AND work on new, more advanced moves. This balance can be hard to find in just any gym. Also, there was usually quite a bit of rolling time and discussion of things that went wrong and how to fix things. Combined with the welcoming atmosphere and friendly coaches/training partners, this is a great gym for anyone. Awesome community!
