There are 2 buildings, the old one and the new modern one. Our rooms were in the new one. It was small but considering the price its worth it. Its clean and wifi is great. This is a great resting place if you are traveling from the south to Manila. Just bring your own food because they dont have any.

This is one of only two hotels in the town of Irosin in Sorsogon. It's a basic travellers hotel with very affordable prices. Rooms are cheap and air conditioned with a television and water heater. Parking is limited though and they don't serve food

september 2018, a date with my beloved parents. i booked in advance for this simple gift of appreciation to my papay and mamay. Stayed overnight at modesta hotel, in irosin sorsogon. It's a nice, cute hotel. With airconditioned rooms. Shower wt hot and cold. We rented their car for a day tour, so that my parents will be comfortable while we roam the places nearby. It was a nice stay.

rooms are small but clean. however you need to go outside for food. you could order from the hotel but we preferred to look for the eatery, which turned out to be good. they provided us with parking.

Small town hotel. Clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Hot water for showers. Cable TV. Would/will stay here again.

Booking says Sorsogon and it's one hour from the City. Results cannot cancel and loose 1,400

There's no other hotel worth considering when in Irosin.

The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and kind. All of our requests were being provided. Would LOVE to stay here again. BONUS: People of Sorsogon are very hospitable too. Truly amazing.
