The place is full of insects especially cockroaches, it's also very hot inside even though they have an Air Conditioner. What led me to actually review this 1 star is because they refused me to redeem an offer on the McDonald's app and when I asked why, they couldn't even hold eye contact. I was so angry because I just wasted time to walk from my house to this putrid place for this offer that I was confident of because it's in the app. NEVER GO HERE.

Same I since always my experienced for many times eaten for depend bought dine in and any food chosen. My live area nearly walking to distance.

It took them 30+ mins to serve our food. When our food is ready, I checked it, and to my surprise, it's wrong. It took them 30+ mins to prepare the food, and they gave us the wrong food.

Food was not up to standard as fries had to be sent back and replaced as they were stone cold served. Chicjen was ok rice was cold n sticky. Staff service was good. Typical Golden Arches atmosphere.

This branch in front of st. Dominic doesn't use liners anymore. So any exposed food is touching the tray like this hash brown. Unsanitary practice.

Nice place to refresh and have some food as it is the way to cavite riders can rest a while and food is excellent and they also have pastry cakes and MC Cafe coffee station

It was good but their ordering kiosk does not have a POS so you can not do any cashless transactions

Pls avoid this branch coz it's under renovation. Only about 4 or 5 tables available and I saw a lot of flies buzzing around. Maybe after the renovation, it'll look and feel decent.

BAD SERVICE! My recent visit was very disappointing. Despite it being midnight and not crowded, waiting 45 minutes for my food, receiving a melted coke float, and observing staff chatting together made it worse. They didn't seem to care about the service at all.

They move very slowwww. Unlike before the staff was moving fast and very accommodating in terms of greating especially in the morning. Right know, the atmosphere is very negative.

Not pet-friendly even though my puppy is enclosed in a bag. I had to stand outside while waiting for my family to finish their meal. No consideration at all.

Worst service!!! Been waiting for more than 40 mins before the crew informed us that the order wasn't available and we need to wait for more 20 mins. Crew asked for a replacement and I humbly agreed with him/her but after that we still waited for more than 15 mins for just a coffee. The crew showed us a worst attitude, did not serve the coffee well as it should be to go. WORST CREW COUNTER I'VE EXPERIENCE IN MCDONALD'S!!!

Needed to have a quick stop here and I'm glad their bathroom is working. Customers seem happy with the place. I mean it's McDonald's. 💜
