I’m giving this a high rating because it’s new, clean and a lot better than most city halls. They can improve by posting signs on what to do in BIG letters. Why do they need a person to manage the queue? Remove the chairs and replace with queue ropes or better else make them pick a number. Besides that, everything was fast for me.

I have mixed feelings with the level of service I received. It’s a hit and missed for the staff you will be assigned to. They’re in a hurry and felt they’re not concentrating for your transactions. The LRA, assessment, and engineering area needs to practice number system that must be followed to be organized. Due to large need for services, lots of people get into windows without the waiting system. Staff got overwhelmed left and right as there’s no system.

Bacoor City Hall, can easily find in waze and google maps. Friendly government employees esp the guards they will kindly guide you on your desire office.

I am delighted to share our positive experience at Bacoor Municipal Hall, particularly during the Paleng-QR Plus event held at Revilla Hall, 3rd floor, New Bacoor Government Center, Bacoor, Cavite. Our bank, Robinsons Bank, participated in this 2-day event, which brought together various banks and stakeholders to promote financial literacy and the adoption of QRPH as a mode of payment. We had the privilege of presenting our QRPH product to valued palengke vendors, cooperative owners, and members of the transport group. The event was not only well-organized but also graced by the presence of Mayor Strike Revilla and Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendoza. The collaboration with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas added a significant dimension to the initiative, emphasizing its nationwide importance. The vision of the project, endorsed by the BSP and LGUs, aims to encourage businesses nationwide to adopt QRPH, fostering a cashless transaction environment in the Philippines. This aligns with the broader goal of promoting financial inclusion and efficiency. Had some problema but the people are really friendly and helpful.

They will hang up your phone, you need to make spam calls for them to answer. Then when they answered your call and spoke a little and questioning a bit sensitive you will suddenly be transferred to the wrong line
