😠 the worst dentist ever!!! she was late for my appointment, very unprofessional, was chatting with her secretary the whole time about her friend's loan from her, didn't clean my teeth thoroughly. it only took her 5 mins or less to complete my oral prophylaxis. I'd give 0 star if possible.

Went there a month ago to have my permanent filling done. I paid more than 4K++. The next day the filling was removed, only a temporary filling was done and I have been having toothache for a few days 😢😢😢

Unprofessional talk and not even sure if qualify to have a clinic if they can't even distinguish between med cert and referral. I inquired if they could accommodate my father who was bedridden and showed them the referral from the doctor. They said it was expired, they insisted that the med certificate I showed them and that I need to get a new one which I find ridiculous because it is a referral and per referring doctor can be done anytime. If there's an option to rate zero, I've done it.

Having Dr. Galvez back in the clinic has made my experience much more pleasant. She provided great service while being very friendly and professional.

DO NOT TRY THIS!!! It's very ugly here, you will be charged 300 when you enter, then even if you have an HMO card, there is an additional demand of 800, it's not a dental clinic that I went to, don't come here anymore so that no one is fooled.

Worst service ever. I am a Maxicare holder together with my daughter, who is my dependent, so we went today to have my tooth extracted. I don't know if it's true but they charge me 1500 to 2000 because they say it's hard to pull out and maxicare only paid 200 in my 6 years at my company. I've never used dental. It's a shame, the dental clinics always have excuses when the HMO is over. to use. My son's was cleaned for less than 10 minutes, then he pulled out the milk teeth that he was trying to pull out. It was really painful if my son said that he had not been anesthetized far away from me because they were already crowded with his assistant. It's like the child is traumatized by being forced to pull it out, it's really painful. Then there was another person who said that they would pay in cash. They said that the payment was in cash. You are crazy. I dont recommend them especially if HMO is used for mode of payment.

Unprofessional Dentist. I choose not to continue because of the unprofessional way of discussing the issue. When he first walked in the door, we felt that he was angry after he found out that we were going to use our HMO! My partner is clean, but he is still sick. Pasta was included in our service, but he wasn't served pasta, so he came because his pasta was broken! Goodlck! Before cleaning the ipin, it should be a habit first 😶

WORST DENTAL CLINIC IN MOLINO WHEN YOU HAVE HMO. THIS IS THE ONLY DENTAL CLINIC THAT CHARGES 800 FOR TEETH CLEANING EVEN IF YOU HAVE HMO. THEN JUST CLEANED UP IN LESS THAN 10 MINS. HE WILL TELL YOU THE EXTRA PAYMENT WHEN YOU ARE CLEANED. IN 10 YEARS OF MY TEETH CLEANING WITH HMO, I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED CASH. THIS IS JUST A CLINIC AND THEY STILL HAVE A PAYMENT OF 300 FOR THE ENTRANCE EK EK THEY SAID FOR COVID COVID BUT THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. JUST GET ALCOHOL. READ EVERY 1 STAR REVIEW AND WE HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NOT HERE.
