Worst hospital ever. Sobrang unprofessional ng mga doctor and staff , and I would like to specifically mention their names, Dr. Eric T Capulong of Neuro, Dra. Heid B. Lazaro, pulmonology and Dr. Myrna Estrada of rehab dept. My aunt was hospitalized for two weeks due to stroke. We were advise visit back to OPD for therapy. I scheduled an appointment Feb 8, 2018 for a 10 am session. On our way to the hospital at around 9:45 am, bigla na lang nag text na cancel na yong appointment due to the doctor was feeling lightheaded. Is that how your promptly advise a stroke patient? 15 mins prior to the scheduled therapy? The next day, we decided just to visit Dr. Capulong for a check up. It was stated and documented to their brochure his weekly schedule, MF 10am to 12 NN. We arrived there as early as 9:30 to beat the queue. Around 12 NN and his secretary informed us that he will be late and advise us to go back at around 2pm. I was furious and told them how unprofessional he is . Then we waited. Around 1pm someone SMS me that he will be late again and his arrival will be around 3pm. So we decided to wait in our house since my aunt is uncomfortable sitting in a crowded, humid waiting area ( please be aware that she is already bed ridden and weak). They SMS me confidentely that they will inform us ahead of time once he arrived. To my shock, they informed me at around 445 PM that Dr. Capulong will be leaving at 5 PM without saying any reason. I called immediately , and someone told me that he arrived at around 4:30 PM. These doctors along with Dra. Lazaro do not know the meaning of punctuality , empathy nor professionalism. Dr. Lazaro on our check out, kept us waiting for 4 hours just to a have brief talk to my aunt. She is all talk but has no sense of urgency. She's been my Aunt's doctor for the past 8 years and we haven't seen any improvement. Please have a second thought of visiting this hospital. Mas malake pa professional fee na babayaran nio compared sa actualy hospital bill. They are all in for the money.

This would be the last time that I’d ever bring myself or my loved ones to this hospital. The worse hospital there is. If you do love and care for your loved ones, do not bring them here. You’ll regret having to watch them suffer in SDMC’s incompetent hands. I keep on updating this as the days goes by and the more I get to observe things. 1. The building is old and patients who are sick can’t even get a decent sleep because of all the noise outside that isn’t blocked by a broken window glass. 2. Most apparatus are old, barely functioning or just there as part of a β€œroom need”. I posted an IV stand/holder that is rusty and the wheels doesn’t even move. I had to carry it in and out the toilet when my son needs to go. 3. Slow process. It’s been more than 12 hours since I rushed my little boy to the ER. With his current situation, I thought his lab tests would be treated with urgency but unfortunately, it is not. As of this update and writing, all I got is someone will come to update us. Yeah right. 4. Lack of urgency. I’ve noticed in most reviews with the lowest scores, this is a common part of the comment section and now I totally understand why. Having to experience it first hand made me realize why there are a lot of red flags from other patients who’ve been here. 5. COMFORT. If you are looking for comfort for patient and whoever is going to look after them, don’t choose this hospital. You won’t be able to sleep and rest while the patient is asleep because the couch is too small and it smells. It’s only 5 ft long.

Staff and policies here are so heartless. Its the nearest hospital from our location so despite that we knew a lot of Death cases here we brought our Dad by 5AM in er, NO ONE HELPED US though I shouted EMERGENCY and my Dad is totally unconscious . They only tried to revive my Dad for few minutes (NOT 30mins. ROUTINE CPR )after they declared doa. Dont bring your family here. Please lang! Dapat 0 /Negative rating

Decided to have my check up at this hospital because it was recommended it to me. The doctor's schedule stated in their site and brochures was around 6-8pm. I arrived and got listed at 5pm. It's almost 10pm at wala pa rin yung doctor. I asked the staff and they only said "on the way" na daw. I wouldve left and tried out other hospitals kung nakapag inform sila ng maaga kung ano time dadating yung doctor. If you're going to be late, doc. Dont publish your schedule on your site. Hindi lang po ikaw busy. I wasted 4 f*cking hours waiting. 5 kung aabot pa to ng 10pm.

Contact number pa lang sablay na kayo. I've been contacting several telephone numbers indicated on your site, to schedule an appointment with an ENT, but for almost half an hour, puro answering machine lang ang sumasagot. When you chose a particular extension, magriring lang then magbi busy tone na. What a waste of time! How much more if it's an emergency case?

My grandpa had an emergency and had to be admitted immediately but unfortunately a lot of hospitals were full and there was no available room to spare. My uncle went looking the whole day for hospital that is available luckily St. Dominic accepted my grandpa and was immediately treated in their facility. He was comfortable and pleased with his treatment. Kudos to St. Dominic for their quality service and facilities!

This hospital has no passion to their job as well as to the patient. It's a money matters. The emergency room has no urgency. It's like an OPD..gosh. If not because of the HMO we will never be there. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž Thanks to admitting department. 4 stars for sir Alvin for trying his best to cater us and finally be approved with our HMO. πŸ‘

CANNOT RECOMMEND especially for those who use Healthcards. I went to this place for the sake of claiming my HMO benefit. Take note, this was only for consult which was supposed to be free with my HMO provider. However, THEY CHARGED ME for β‚±300, insisting that I should pay for it. They even had the gut to say it was supposed to be β‚±1000. NO RECEIPT was given when I asked and the doctor that I consulted only referred me to another specialist. I WILL REPORT THIS TO MY HMO PROVIDER. Imagine paying something you shouldn't have for nothing? That is St. Dominic Medical Center! If you are using HMO, I cannot recommend this. Please reconsider checking with other HMO accredited clinics in Cavite.

The nurses are very accommodating. The services seems fine. However, the parking area is terrible. You will surely miss it if its your first time. It's located at the far back of St. Dominic. You have to walk the dimly lit pathway to reach the entrance which is kinda creepy.

The Emergency room Nurse named Jerry is very RUDE, we had been in different hospital such as San Juan De Dios, Makati Medical Center, Manila Doctors hospital and St. Lukes BGC that are much more bigger that St. Dominic, but here in St. Dominic, we were treated so badly not just ones but twice, for almost a year since moving to Cavite and was Hopeful and had trust that its a good respectable hospital but never had I expected that there employees are like that!!! I am not saying that the whole stuff are rude, but some are, Nurses are suppose to be healers but maybe having an etiquette is not one of their strong suits!!!

para saan HMO card naningil parin kayo maliban sa medcert? first time I've heard of clinic fee after using my HMO card. also 300 for medical certificate? your medical center ain't that clean and the clinic is just a covered tent (more like garage). I got medcert for good hospitals from manila like st. luke's and manilamed for 150/200. never again.

The hospital is easy to find, clean and most of all the staff are very polite and very accomodating. I commend the guy in ER department name Mr. MIKE WHO is very kind to us. He answers all my questions politely, very professional and very informative. I come just today sunday june 21 2020 to have my stomach pain check. Unfortunately I need to have an ultrasound first but none is avlbl since its sunday. But this guy is so kind enough to comfort us and entertain us. Thank you sir Mike sorry I forgot to get your last name sir. God bless you.

The nurse in the ER named Katrina Orpulio (last name sounds like) raised her voice at me in the ER. I had to raise my voice back. She was not even the one assisting me. Clearly, there was miscommunication, but the level of rudeness these nurses at St. Dominic has is appalling. They are rude nonetheless! I will take this complaint to the HR and Admin

DO NOT GO HERE FOR RT PCR TEST. It’s been 2 days wala pa ring result sa email. Tapos yung phone number nila walang sumasagot. I’ve been callig for hours it just keeps ringing. PCR test result is very important as it halts you from working outside and mingling, it should be urgent. Bad bad experience.

Clean surroundings. Has limited parking space in front but has more parking slots at the back. Have to Uturn along Molino Blvd to entrance of hospital

Staff and nurses were very accommodating. The hallways and waiting area for OPD were not air-conditioned and you would have to endure the heat and humidity. Parking is limited on peak hours. The building is showing its age and immediate renovation is needed. Above all, the service to its patients were satisfactory.
