Die Praxis macht einen eleganten und sauberen Eindruck. Doch das schnelle Geld zu machen, steht im Vordergrund, Reklamationen und Service nach dem Eingriff dagegen werden nicht beachtet. Ich wollte meine Augenringe behandeln lassen und mir wurde versichert, dass dies mit der neuen Methode kein Problem wäre. Nach 3 Sitzungen und 900,-- Euro weniger, hatte ich Tränensäcke, immernoch Augenringe und das Versprechen, dass ich eine Nachbesserung bekäme. Bis heute hat sich daraufhin niemand mehr gemeldet. Diese Ärztin mitsamt Praxis ist daher nicht empfehlenswert!!!! Ich würde nur noch Spezialisten mit Nachsorge meine Eingriffe überlassen.

Horror!! Körperverletzung! Bei mir hat man Fadenlifting durchgeführt, nicht die Ärztin selbst sondern die Assistentin (Arzthelferin) die keine Fachärztin ist. Ärztin stand nur kurz daneben und sehr Hektik, da sie privat einen Termin hatte. Der Faden saß nicht richtig und die Widerhaken spüre ich so stark, dass beim Essen, ich das Gefühl habe Stacheln an der Backe zu haben. War nochmal dort, allerdings kam wieder nur die Assistentin mit einer kurzen Massage und meinte; dass dies einfach kurz massiert werden müsste und danach sitze alles wieder. Von wegen! Nie wieder betrete ich diese Praxis. Lieber halte ich die Schmerzen aus. Nach Bezahlung wird man alleine gelassen. Echt traurig!!!

Ich bin leider sehr unzufrieden. Termin um 9:30 Uhr wurde verschoben, ohne dass ich davon in Kenntnis gesetzt wurde, weder telefonisch noch sonstwie, so dass ich erschien und wieder gehen musste. Die Ärztin käme erst um halb zwölf. Als ich zu meinem verschobenen Termin auftauchte, war die Praxis voll. Ich käme aber sofort dran. Dann wurde nach längerer Wartezeit doch eine andere Patientin vorgezogen. Das ist eine Frechheit! Wie soll man sich da noch ernst genommen fühlen? Ist klar, dass das Wartezimmer voll ist, wenn die Ärztin erst zu Mittag kommt und dann in Eile alle Termine abarbeiten muss. Ich finde diese Arbeitsweise schlicht unseriös. Habe viel Zeit verplempert. Ohne Ergebnis. Und das kurz vor Weihnachten. Sehr ärgerlich!

Alles andare als menschlich und mitfühlend, nur auf Umsatz eingestellt. Wenn voraussichtlich die Behandlung nicht mer als 1.000,00,- bringt, wird Ihr Termin ein Tag davor abgesagt, dreimal ineinander, heute sogar direkt in der Praxis nachdem ich ein Viertel Stunde auf mein Termin gewartet hatte, jedesmal war angeblich die Frau Dr. krank. Habe mir jedes Mal 2 Tage frei genommen wegen der Behandlung. Ich werde diese Praxis nicht mehr betreten.
