Hello Ms. Fruendt! I'm wondering why, on the one hand, you didn't call beforehand to check whether there were enough teas and, on the other hand, why you didn't call the store directly when you noticed the error. Your complaint would certainly have been taken into account and the human error corrected, because that's the only way I know the specialist shop in Landau, as a friendly, competent and always service-oriented shop!!!!!!! Why do you choose this route through the public without asking and not giving the business a chance????!!!! And then the indirect insinuation here would be fraud. We are all human and mistakes happen to us. NO ONE can absolve themselves of this!!!

Friendly employees and good teas.

Sent my husband to buy 3kg of tea (1x 1kg, 1x 2kg). I can just understand why they don't have everything in stock, although it's different in other branches. So they packed one tea in 3 individual paper bags, a total of about 1.2 kg. First problem: The bags are not even properly closed, elsewhere they are at least taped shut at the top, here a paper clip was loosely wrapped. Sure, 1.2 kg of tea is used up in 1-2 months, so shelf life doesn't matter at all... Great. (Elsewhere there are 1 kg aluminum bags that are welded shut and therefore airtight.) The biggest problem: All three bags were calculated individually, so that the price per kilo is 49 euros instead of 41!!! To me it borders on fraud. It's better to order online or to another branch, I will definitely not buy here again.

Just great! A huge selection, friendly staff and super delicious tea! Only recommended if buying tea is on the agenda.

Very nice, small tea shop with a large selection of tea specialties. I have been a customer at this store for many years and have always received very friendly and competent service. The range of tea accessories is also very nice and you can always find something nice. I appreciate that there are still shops like this and will therefore support these shops with my purchases as much as possible. For me, shopping online is not comparable, so I'm happy to accept the 20 km journey. Clear recommendation from me for this fine tea shop!

The fact that you go into a small specialty store and expect to be able to buy such a large quantity of a certain product immediately without ordering first shows that you don't think about how difficult it is for small specialty retailers these days. Having to constantly compete and be compared with the Internet or large chains is a challenge that is almost impossible to overcome. And then to give such a scathing review and raise suspicions of fraud (which was certainly an oversight) shows that you have lost all understanding and empathy. One option would have been to call the store and point out this error. A quick and uncomplicated solution would certainly have been found. A direct conversation instead of an angry online review - apparently a relic of days gone by.

TeeGschwendner Landau is my favorite specialty tea shop. As a long-time TeeGschwendner customer, I have shopped in numerous branches, but nowhere have I received better professional advice than from Ms. Szczepanski and her team. Always friendly, competent and helpful. I don't mind driving a few kilometers!
