Then there was a tear in the leg pocket. On the last day of the warranty/guarantee (I don't know that), I reported it to Amazon. Action sport stepped in and I received a brand new suit. At the beginning of the year I ordered new fins with a relatively hard blade. One of them broke across the foot part after a few dives. After I sent photos I was offered the exchange. But since I no longer had confidence in this fin, I wanted to get another model. This was possible without any problems. Great communication, no problems, accommodating processing. You rarely experience that. Therefore 5 stars from me and a clear recommendation. The price and service are right here.

UNSERIOUS, at least in online retail!: Items ordered via Amazon are suddenly canceled because Action Sport suddenly wants to change the return conditions! Item suddenly no longer available although shown as stock. Impossible communication! Reminds me: NEVER AGAIN ACTION SPORT Würzburg! By the way, the pictures are from the delivery of your competitor, who was happy to deliver the sticks to me. So maybe it's better to take a look at Glanzer.at!

An ‘amazing’ shop with ‘great’ customer service… so great that when fins were delivered, they lacked some parts. I returned then and then the shop decided to accuse me of stealing.

Excellent shop with good sales advice and good diving training

Very dubious seller, I bought a pair of new ski boots, not only that they were used and not as bought new, they tried to sell me complaint goods, the ski boots arrived and were in size. 26.5 but I bought this in 28.5, he accepted the return but charged the completely overpriced shipping costs of €11.87 even though it was a DHL 5 KG package for €6.99 and the shipping costs should have been borne by the shop it was the wrong size and therefore was not my fault, no goodwill and no apology was considered here, so I cannot recommend the shop and will take legal action against it.

Perfect advice and fair prices. I'm always happy to come by for ski equipment.

I paid almost 500 € for a diving regulator on 24th of June. My package hasn't arrive yet. the store doesn't want to take any responsability for it. I paid for an article that I never got. I fairly ask for my refund but the store doesn't want to give me back the money. I am bitterly disappointed with such unprofessional values. I feel terrible. If you buy a product , you paid for iit, you never it, and the store does not take responsibility for it, I would call it a scam. How would you call it?
