We tasted several vinegars as appertif and loved the taste and the changes on our palates. We were skeptical when we started but bought several bottles to take... People often mention vinegar, vinegars,

A totally unique experience - you will never look at grocery store bought (aka "industria"l vinegar) the same again... You'll learn how truly unique and delightful a craft vinegar can be; make sure you get to take the guided tour!

Vinegar at it's best. Sipping, dipping, cooking, daily health, everything. And the experience is undescribable; think monks working away by candlelight in rooms filled with great smelling wine barrels.

Really nice visit. Surprising winegar tasting. Lot of different flavours for a unique product made in Germany near Speyer.

A totally unexpected look into vinegar and its many uses. Who would have ever thought that you could enjoy ice cream with vinegar as a topping? Their products are not for making an ordinary salad dressing. Be prepared to be amazed.

A very interesting tour of specialty flavoured vinegar making. The vinegars were reasonably priced for the amount of work that went into the making. I would gladly return to buy more.

Wonderful wine vinegar, made with the greatest skill and care, aged for at least 18 months. Is special for its flavored, spiced drinkable vinegars, with an acid content of only 3% (ordinary white vinegar made here in the US is usually 6% acid), yet is as good a disinfectant as any ordinary vinegar. With a little cool water, they are good for the mind and body.
