Very rude one staff member, waited 20 minutes for dessert not arrived, I asked twice, he told me that if I don't want to wait, I can pay immediately and leave. I have been here a few times and I really like the steak, but with such a service attitude, I will not come again.

Good food for a good price. The prices are slightly higher then normal, but the ambiance is very very good. Food is well presented and taste very good. Gaucho Teller (see picture, 4 different pieces of meat) with a good glass of beer(Weizen bier) and a cup of coffee at the end, for about €40,- including tip (in april 2023)

I 've ben there with some friends and everything was good, especially champions were so delicious.

Acceptable quality, not excellent meat. 1 bottle of water for € 8 is indecent.

There was a lot of people a the service wasn't nice. Waiters were running. Our order was not correct. Some of dishes were cold. It took so long even tfoe the waiter to collect orders

Always incredible food, meat is out of this planet. Just make sure you reserve your table earlier when there is an exhibition in the Westfallen Halle.

Without a doubt one of the best steak I have had in Europe!!! Ordered the Gaucho Platter medium-well made, the steak was juicy and flavorful. The buttered rice and fries that accompanied the steak were amazing. Also, noteworthy was the service and ambience. Overall, highly recommended 👌

Great food and service. Steak was cooked to perfection and came on a hot plate to slowly cook a bit more at the table. Friendly service, large wooden tables with american theme and of course dortmund football decor!

I came for the Spareribs and was very satisfied. Service is friendly and quick, the atmosphere is comfortable and the the food is amazing. Parking space is very limited and you should make a reservation. Edit: I've been there recently and was very dissapointed by the food. The service was still very good but the Ribs were beyond subpar. I hope they turn things arround in the future.

Amazing restaurant, first time in Dortmund, first restaurant in Dortmund, we were blown away by the food! We chose the 300g ribeye and the 300g tenderloin with fries and broccoli, we can not recommend this place for steak enough! The steaks were both cooked beautifully, so juicy and so much flavour, we ordered sauce but were told “a real steak doesn’t need sauce” we can 100% agree with this statement. This is the best steak we have ever had, if you are visiting Dortmund and want to treat yourself to a beautiful steak, this is the place to go!! Will definitely be visiting again, a bonus is that you can buy their own crafted sauce!

Be ready to wait around 1.5-2 hours for food. Waiter said it’s normal during busy hours.

Good service with a smile and VERY good steak. Even had the presence of mind to ask me if I still wanted my meat on a red-hot stone plate even if I was ordering rare, if your staff has the time to think of things like that you've got things under control. Very nice! Side dishes were very good as well.

We booked to eat with family. To start with, we were interested in the rodízio, but it was not available due Covid( I believe) checked online and nothing was mentioned about it at the website. We went with children. To first order drinks took at least 40 minutes and we had about 1 hour and half to eat. When we called to reserve they did inform us about this rule- we had to leave after that time to accommodate other customers. After an “eternity” the food came. The steak didn’t came as I wanted. Wanted to speak with the manager but the waiter for some reason didn’t call him. I have been around the world and I’m Brazilian. It can never be called a rodízio or churrascaria. Service was slow and the staff RUDE! Run from it. One of the worst places I have seen around the globe.
