Unfortunately, the boss noticed us negatively that the last time we wanted to make an appointment, which we have always done in the last few years and also showed up for our appointments. Unfortunately, the boss rejected us in a harsher tone, which of course we, as regular customers, didn't like. We are happy to come to you because your work is really perfect, but you should work a little with dealing with customers.

They are very unprofessional, they don't care about the customers, they don't sterilize the tools, I personally won't come here again, the lady there is choleric and brutal when she works with customers, she snatches my hands away, and with They hurt my finger at the mill. I don't recommend it!

Terrible experience. I normally don’t ever write a review. But this was another level of disrespect and arrogance. She’s friendly when you are new. Afterwards you will be treated like your needs don’t matter. She was twisting my hand very angrily and ended up doing a terrible job. When I complained she literally told me in the face that she doesn’t need my complaint.

Unfortunately, the lady doesn't take enough time and does the nails "quickly, quickly" and injures her fingers in the process. They were also filed differently or crookedly. Result: I came out of the studio with bloody and crooked fingernails. I've had two negative experiences with the woman so far, which is why I won't be going to this nail salon in the future.

Despite the appointment, there was a long wait for the results and nothing good came of it. Wouldn't go there again!
