Ein Riesenkompliment an das ganze Team!! In manchen 4-Sterne-Hotels wurden wir schon schlechter behandelt. Für München, eine Stadt wo Service normalerweise nicht die Königsdisziplin ist, eine echt positive Überraschung. Gerade vor und nach einer schweren OP tut Fürsorge und Empathie gut. Auch in Punkto Aufenthaltsdauer haben wir, auch im Dialog mit anderen Patienten*innen festgestellt, dass in der Arabella Klinik, vielleicht gerade weil hier viele Belegärzte tätig sind, das Motto gilt: so kurz wie möglich und nur so lange wie nötig. Gerne würde ich auch über Negatives berichten, um kritischer zu sein, aber beim besten Willen fällt uns nichts ein, was eine Beanstandung verdient. Selbst das Essen war gut.

Update 08/2023: Kleine Info, die Arabella Klinik geht gegen Bewertungen vor. Ist vielleicht für den ein oder anderen relevant wenn er sich die Bewertungen hier durchliest. Operation: Die Operation war wirklich top, was aber auch an diesem speziellen Team lag. Dafür 5* Vor und nach der Operation (Kassenpatient): Beim "einchecken" musste ich über 1 Stunde im OP-Hemd in einem lieblosen Aufnahmezimmer warten, weil noch nichts frei war. Die Zimmer werden unangenehm warm bei wärmeren Temperaturen, so das die Balkontür und Tür zum Flur aufgemacht werden muss und ein permanenter Luftzug entsteht. Warme Temperaturen sind nicht förderlich nach einer OP und können zu Komplikationen führen. Der Zugang über die Vene wurde erst entfernt als ich an Tag 2 gefragt habe ob ich den überhaupt noch brauche? Im allgemeinen wirkt vieles verplant und man muss sich oft selbst überlegen was für einem gut ist. Die Betten sind zu kurz, ich bin wirklich nicht groß aber kam mit den Füßen schon gegen das Ende. Das Essen war zwar vielfältig in der Auswahl aber man konnte Dinge bestellen die nicht gut waren für meine Art der OP. Die Zimmer bzw. das Bad auf den Bildern sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern hier, vermutlich ist das eine andere Station (Privat?) oder es wurde teilweise renoviert. Duschen muss man in einer Badewanne, bisschen kritisch vom Zugang her wenn man nicht fit ist. Die Sauberkeit war soweit ok.

Ich hatte am 21.6.2023 OP am Rücken , der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm , dass Op Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und genauso gut die Betreuung nach der OP auf der Station , auch das Essen vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen war sehr gut und ich verstehe die Beschwerden diesbezüglich nicht !!! Das einzige was genervt hat war das das unten jeden Tag scheinbar Partys stattfinden und diese gehen bis in die Nacht ( Parkanlage )
