Dort herrschte komplette Ratlosigkeit, generell war der Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und frech. Wir haben mehrmals freundlich betont, dass wir für die Pommes gezahlt haben und Sie dementsprechend gerne geliefert bekommen würden. Anfangs wurde uns unterstellt, dass wir gar keine Pommes bestellt hätten, sondern Salat , und dass wir deswegen keine Pommes bekommen würden. Als wir nachweislich belegen konnten, dass wir sehr wohl Pommes bestellt hatten, hieß es dann, dass Sie diese zum Schnitzel nachträglich liefern würden ( in einem sehr mürrischen Ton ) . Auch nach 2 Stunden und einem weiteren Telefonat, wurden keine Pommes geliefert und wir als KUNDEN ABGEZOGEN. Das an sich ist schon eine Frechheit, aber was nun folgte, ist die absolute Höhe : Als wir ein weiteres ( 3.mal ) anriefen, wurden wir dreist belogen, und man sagte uns, die Pommes wären angeblich geliefert worden. Auch nach mehrmaliger Aussage das nichts gekommen ist, wurde darauf beharrt, dass die Pommes Ja geliefert worden seien und somit alles geklärt sei ( auch wieder in äußert unfreundlichen Ton ). Es ist die eine Sache etwas zu vergessen, jedoch eine völlig andere Sache, so bodenlos unverschämt mit seinen Kunden umzugehen. Als Restaurant sollte man den Menschen nicht das Geld ohne Gegenleistung aus der Tasche ziehen , ich hoffe das alle Leute die das hier lesen davor gewarnt sind, solchen Menschen Ihr Geld zu geben !!! Bestellt lieber bei einem ehrlichen Unternehmen , alleine des gewissen zu liebe :)
