The ice cream aside, their chocolate tastes amazing! And that’s completely understandable since they are a chocolate shop. Anyone who goes there should try out their crepes or chocolate drinks instead of the ice cream. If you really want to go for ice cream, then do choose chocolate flavours. It’s their chocolate that tastes crepes sooooo good. The staff was professional and friendly. I love the open atmosphere inside the hall, too. It’s a great spot to visit if you’re looking for somewhere to sit down, surrounded by good snacks and Italian goods.

I’m not happy that I only tried this just today! This is the BEST gelato I had in Munich. I was a bit skeptic with the price but oh boy, it’s all worth it. The staff were undeniably very lovely, friendly and their smile were contagious. I got pistachio, cremino, and stracciatella. I will definitely come back and recommend everyone to try Venchi. :)

One of the best places for chocolate shopping and having amazing ice cream🍦 🍨 in Munich. It’s located in Eataly, in the heart of Munich, where couple of other Italian restaurants are also lined up in the same building.. A must visit for all chocolate and ice cream lovers 🍫😋.

Excellent service carolina. Well known Gelato from Italy. I enjoy the natural ingredients and how hard they try to include Italian stuff into Gelato like olive oils. Even the dark chocolate 🍫 spread is great.. Always have different flavors and really tasty 😋

Chocolates and gelato TO DIE FOR! With a welcoming and relaxed environment too. Tiziano the store manager and Stefano took the time to describe all the different chocolate flavours and textures. Then another assistant, Mattias, told me about the gelato making process in detail. You can trust quality comes first here.

So delicious ice cream. Different chocolate cup, on top they serve ice cream. Very tasty ice cream flavor. I had Pista, Venezuela haselnuss and choco cocoa. They have bakery as well back of this, but which serves amazing cafe crema❤️ Near to viktualienmarkt, nice to walk to this place and enjoy an evening.

Super gelato with a fair price! I had pistachio, chocolate and lemon scoops, with a waffle decorated with dark chocolate and caramel. Everything is delicious. Especially the pistachio and chocolate gelato, which are so rich and smooth, probably the best I’ve ever had. The chocolate caramel waffle is also surprisingly tasty 😋 The service is very friendly, despite the long queue. The staff speak good English.

Came here twice in one day. The gelato served here is the best I’ve had in my life. Strongly recommend the pistachio and the dark chocolate. The gelato was very smooth and thick, melts right in your mouth. Service was excellent. We even got to sample some the flavours. Would definitely come back for more when I’m in Germany again.

The staff were very friendly and they even suggested you to try some new flavours. They even put a scoop of it on top of what we actually ordered. The 🥭 flavour was yummy and tasted as if I was eating real mango pulp. Just grab a scop while you feel like roaming on the streets.

Amazing Italian ice cream served by Italian sellers. Authentic Italian taste and the best ice cream I tasted outside of Italy. German ice cream is good, but this one is amazing. You can buy ice cream in a cone (simple or with a twist) or a cup, a shake (simple or with twists), a creppe or even chocolate by weight. I tasted the Vanilla, Straciatella and Mascarponne with caramelized figs flavours. They were all very good. The premium shake is also very good (the cream on top is very tasty) but a bit too sweet. If you're looking for a very good or the best ice cream - this is the place.

They make really good GELATO here. Just like in when I tasted in Italy. The texture is really soft, they don’t even use the ice cream scoop which is that good, really authentic. And the price is fair

Went to Vench Schoklade and Gelato on a whim when I was around the other stores. The gelato there is really great along with the waffle cone. I had the chocolate and pistachio gelato with a waffle cone. They top it off with either a dark or white chocolate. The staff also provided excellent service.

The so yummy crepes was unforgettable 🥰👌🏼 but the shakes are just less than normal, and for ice cream it’s one of the best 👍🏼

Oh my goodness! Deliciousness ABOUNDS!!! The beautiful displays draw you in. The delicious treats let you know you made a great choice. The incredibly friendly service makes you want to return again and again. Located inside one of my favorite places, Eataly, the entire place is a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!

The service is excellent, they even speak my language (Spanish), and the ice cream is delicious. However, the only thing I have to say is that I was expecting more ice cream on the bigger waffle, just a minor thing that I think it could attract even more people.

The pistachio gelato is simply the best. Occasionally I also try other flavors they offer and their chocolate-based ones are also very good. I like their selection of small pastries (1-4 euros), especially their lemon and berry tartlets, and sfogliatelle! Once there was such a tasty lemon tart. I just wish they started serving it again. It was yummy. The coffee is ok, I just do not like the dark Italian roast they usually use. But it is personal taste.

Best ice cream we had so far in Munich! The place itself is a bit hidden inside the food hall. However it’s worth the try, the flavours are well curated and the ice cream itself is very creamy. Also a nice idea to add chocolate and nuts to the cone. The staff was really lovely too.
