I trained with fitness first for the last 8 months, Cleanness: Super clean and always ventilated, the changing rooms are extremely hygienic. Machines: It has various types of machines and the machines are extremely clean, has a fleet of cardio machines where you can always find a free treadmill or cross, has a stretching room which is my favorite. Plus a sauna and relax room. Staff: the staff are incredibly nice, polite and always smiling specially Ahmed who is always active and gives a great vibe to the gym plus he gives the nicest tips on the workouts and diet a big thank you to him. In general, i am super satisfied with Gym. Worth every penny.

Great atmosphere, happy and experienced trainers, my trainer Ahmad Jamal did his best to give me the best possible plan, he listened carefully to my wishes and limitations. I am lucky to have ended up here among all other fitness centers in Kassel!

You will be having satisfying experience here. Nico is one of the professional instructors who speaks english very well and can treat you in a very polite and good manner. I got helpful routine to add some muscle mass and make my body stronger. The environment is also nice enough to fulfill your expectations👌

Wonderful gym. As a traveler, this is one of the best gyms I've ever attended. The ground floor is dedicated to cardio, while the top floor has machines and weights. The machines are clean, distanced enough, plentiful, and new. There's also an area dedicated to weights, which is very big and comprises dumbbells and barbells with racks adaptable to squat and deadlifts. In addition, there's also a room with a brand new Smith machine, which is very useful if you – like me – don't do well with free barbell squats. The trainers (shout-out to Mo and Simon) are available to help you at any given time. I want to thank Mo for correcting me when performing an exercise: his tips were polite and super helpful to me. The personnel is very knowledgeable and makes it a pleasure to attend the gym.

I exercised here for three days while visiting my relatives in Kassel. The staff at the gym speak English very well and they are super friendly. I was signed in quickly and they showed me around. The gym has everything you need, it's quite spacious with modern equipment and good layout over two levels. Large windows allow for a lot of natural light. The changing room and showers are very clean, everything is functioning, all good. I will definitely be back next time on my visit to Kassel.
