The best schnitzel I have ever tried 😍. The place is cozy, very good for family gatherings. The food are of the best quality. Can’t wait to go back and try more food off their menu.

This is our favourite Schnitzelrestaurant in Germany ♥️ We usually go on a hike following the "wandernadel" (booklet for stamps that you collect on the hike) and after a big hike in the area we warm up and eat big at the Schnitzelkoenig. The gated parking to the right of the restaurant is free when eating there. Sometimes we have a short wait to be seated (walk in seats in the warm winter garden, reservations seat in the wodden traditional restaurant). As you enter toilets are to the left and very clean. While you wait to be seated (standing bar tables to the right) you may already order drinks. My husband is Hindu so he does not eat pork / beef however the restaurants menue offers to substitute for chicken. You can choose your Schnitzel by meat and gramm (we took the 500 gramm Schnitzel in the picture) and can opt for lots of sides and sauces and extras. "Preiselbeeren" is often eaten with Schnitzel and although we couldnt find them on the menue I received them when asking for them. They also offer a very picturesque mixed meat plattern on a swort which is fun for families. We can highly recommend this place. Hope this helps. Kindest #ingavardhan @IngaVardhan

Super Food, great taste, huge portions if you fancy. Worth visiting.

What an amazing place with portion sizes to match. The food here is hearty, traditional home style cooking. You will NOT leave here hungry. Everywhere is spotlessly clean from the bar to the toilets. If you are ever near here you would regret it if you drove past on top of this the staff are attentive and really friendly.

Excellent food and service! Amazing place with huge with wood tables. The dishes are really XXXL! You can order 1.2 kg rumpsteak and almost the same weight of Schnitzel!

They really take the XXXL thing serious. The schnitzel is decent, but a bit too thick for my taste. The fires are delicious. We ordered grilled veggies that were not grilled, but more like fried in the wok and colleslaw that had a strange dressing -= I guess some kind of sweet cream, The icecream is also good, but not really worth 5 EUR per portion. It's definitely quantity above quality.

Amazing service, and delicious food. You can select variety of food and adjust your desired portion(250gr,500gr,1kg!) I’ve had Jägerschnitzel 250gr option, comes with fries. It was perfect portion, and one of the best schnitzels i’ve ever had. I’ll Definitely revisit in summer!

Based on the recommendation of the guesthouse owner we booked for our group (7 pax). Astonishing that as from opening up the parking slots are all full and people are queuing to get in. Apparently, many people still want to experience just a staggering amount of meat on their table. We felt: come in, order, load your stomach and leave as soon as possible to make space for new people to arrive. Not an atmosphere to spend the whole evening.

Very good food and very good service. You get alot of food for the price you pay and the drinks are amazing. Service was very fast. Amazing place i would give more stars if possible!!!

Delicious food , great service It's just amazing and to be able to take your food home that you can eat is nice. Definitely coming back
