Where
do
I
even
start.
Such
a
bad
experience
with
the
Aspria
group
on
a
whole
and
so
many
things
that
went
wrong
during
our
vacation.
Our
first
stop
was
in
the
Aspria
Hamburg
hotel
which
was
just
super
awful
-
Google
and
you
might
find
my
review.
Basically,
that
one
revolved
around
an
extremely
rude
reception
manager.
Unfortunately,
we
had
already
booked
our
stay
in
Aspria
Hannover
so
off
we
went.
Immediately
things
went
wrong.
We
had
booked
two
sea
view
rooms,
but
only
got
one
whilst
the
other
one
was
street
view.
We
were
given
the
runaround
by
the
receptionist
who
literally
lied
in
my
face
and
when
we
later
realized
we
had
been
scammed,
we
confronted
them.
That's
when
they
admitted
they
had
done
'wrong'
(in
reality
they
had
overbooked
and
tried
to
bs
their
way
out
of
it)
and
that
indeed
we
had
booked
two
sea
view
rooms.
Lost
one
day
sitting
in
that
dull,
awful
room
and
they
didn't
even
bother
to
compensate
us
for
it
which
is
just
infuriating.
The
next
bad
experience
happened
when
we
went
to
eat
at
their
restaurant.
Not
only
was
the
quality
of
the
food
awful,
but
my
son
got
pieces
of
glass
in
his
drink
which
was
just
shocking!
Went
to
inform
the
staff
and
they
literally
just
didn't
seem
to
care
as
if
it
happens
every
day.
They
just
gave
us
new
drinks
and
that
was
that.
Hope
others
didn't
get
glass
in
their
drinks
too
because
they
must
have
dropped
a
glass
in
their
ice
dispenser.
Then,
next
morning
came
time
for
breakfast.
No
breakfast
for
us
says
the
staff.
Not
included
for
us.
Yes,
I
tried
to
explain
to
them,
we
had
paid
for
breakfast
included.
Sigh.
Went
to
buy
breakfast
at
McDonald's,
but
confronted
them
again
when
I
got
back
and,
of
course,
they
now
realized
we
had
indeed
paid
for
breakfast.
Compensated
€50
for
that
(but
only
after
I
demanded
compensation
mind
you,
these
incompetent
people
won't
do
anything
about
it
otherwise).
I
don't
care
about
the
money,
it's
the
principle
of
things
that
matters.
The
whole
situation
was
super
inconvenient
for
us.
There
were
other
things
as
well,
but
I
can't
be
bothered
to
bring
them
up
here.
I
just
can't
see
where
the
positive
reviews
are
coming
from.
It
seems
so
far
from
the
truth.
The
hotel
is
much
lower
quality
than
advertised
(although
the
spa
is
ok),
but
the
worst
part
is
how
the
staff
handles
these
situations
which
is
a
massive
deal-breaker.
The
only
way
I
can
describe
it
is
incompetence.
Obviously,
I've
stayed
in
many
hotels
all
over
the
world
and
always
do
my
best
to
do
some
research
before
I
book
anything,
but
this
was
a
massive
letdown.
It's
not
like
it's
the
cheapest
option
either.
In
retrospect
I
would
never
have
come
here.
We
tried
to
do
our
best
to
enjoy
our
vacation,
but
it
wasn't
easy
when
the
staff
are
constantly
working
against
you.
