IS

COMPLETE
FAILURE
FROM
SALES
TO
SERVICE
TEAMS!
I
bought
a
car
here
only
to
experience
problems
every
Step
of
the
way.
Salesman
lied
about
not
having
Red
Tags
for
test
drive,
not
having
paperwork
and
more.
So
manager
was
involved
which
did
help,
but
still
do
not
trust
him.
I
wanted
the
car
to
have
Limo
dark
tent
on
back,
trailer
hitch
installed,
stone
protection
on
front,
Winter
tires,
and
all
weather
floor
mats.
Not
to
mention
the
dent
and
scratches
removed
from
right
side
of
vehicle.
Salemanager
stated
no
problem
we
get
it
done.
I
waited
4-15
July
to
have
my
car
delivered
not
ready.
I
showed
up
on
the
15th
to
find
a
car
that
was
the
same
way
I
found
it
2
weeks
before
only
thing
done
to
it
was
they
took
it
in
the
car
wash,
put
tire
shine
on
tires
and
removed
dent
but
not
the
scratches.
WHAT
ABOUT
THE
REST?
Here
is
the
first
time
i
heard
about
getting
a
qoute
for
stone
protection,
when
last
spoke
it
was
no
problem
and
would
get
done.
then
when
I
got
upset
a
salesman
mentioned
I
had
nothing
to
complain
about
and
got
in
my
face
within
1
foot
of
me.
I
asked
multiple
times
for
him
to
leave
before
I
had
to
get
loud
for
him
to
leave.
He
had
no
reason
there
and
situation
could
have
been
avoided.
I
apologized,
he
did
not.
The
saleman
and
Master
tech
and
the
detailer
helped
were
they
could
and
was
awsome,
they
stayed
calm
and
tried
to
help
me,
but
salesmanager
refused
to
address
issues.
On
18
July
I
brought
back
the
car
only
to
complete
failure.
Tent
Was
not
done
the
way
I
wanted
(limo
dark
80%+
and
stamp
in
corner),
but
was
tented
to
factory
dark
(
50%)
was
choosen
by
service
department
despite
what
i
wanted.
Yet
to
mention
a
crease
in
tent
and
visible
dirt
between
tent
and
window
(various
location).When
I
said
it
needed
to
be
fixed,
I
was
told
by
service
Manager
it
looked
good
and
I
had
to
accept
it.
His
smart
remark
was
"who
pays
for
it,
remove
and
install
the
correct
tent?".
The
other
issue
is
with
hitch,
they
cut
bumper
to
big
(
did
not
use
template)
and
damaged
the
area
around
it.
What
else
did
they
mess
up
while
installing
it?
Where
was
master
tech?
Yet
I
was
was
called
and
told
car
is
ready
and
they
can
do
nothing
more
to
correct
the
problems,
rather
I
had
to
accept
their
ignorances.
CURRENT
PROBLEMS:
-Winter
tires
not
Recieved
-Stone
protection
not
done
-Scratches
on
right
side
not
removed
-Requested
window
tent
not
installed
-Damage
to
bumper
not
fixed
(needs
replaced)
pictures
attached!
I
am
an
experienced
car
tech
and
they
know
my
expectations,
but
failed
to
up
hold
the
quality
service
and
customer
service
on
a
name
brand
dealership.
I
would
expect
such
handling
from
some
back
yard
garage.
I
will
meet
big
boss
on
22
July
and
look
forward
to
a
solution
to
fix
the
above
issues.
Contact

AUDI
AG
is
planned
because
no
customer
deserves
this
type
of
service.
