Sterne!!!
Nach
vielen
skurrilen
und
schrecklichen
Erlebnissen
in
anderen
Krankenhäusern,
kann
ich
diese
Klinik
nur
empfehlen.
Angefangen
vom
Reinigungspersonal,
über
Notaufnahme,
Pfleger,
Schwestern,
Anästhesie
und
Ärzte,
alle
sehr
nett
und
kompetent.
Ich
hatte
einen
Bandscheibenvorfall
und
wurde
in
der
Notaufnahme
hervorragend
betreut
und
das
hat
sich
in
der
Station
bis
zur
OP
und
Nachsorge
weiter
fortgeführt.
Was
ich
in
der
Anästhesie
erlebt
habe,
ist
unfassbar.
Es
war
ein
Mensch
hinter
dem
weissen
Kittel,
der
nicht
nur
stoisch
den
Fragenkatalog
abgehakt
hat,
sondern
Augenkontakt
hielt,
mich
als
verängstigten
Patienten
wahr
nahm.
Die
Anästhesistin
und
Ihr
Team
haben
mich
in
der
OP
Vorbereitung
beruhigt,
so
das
das
Festschnallen
beider
Arme
auf
Vertrauen
beruhte
und
mir
nicht,
wie
üblich,
als
Auslieferung
vorkam.
Was
am
nächsten
Tag
passierte,
war
wunderbar.
Die
Anästhesistin
stand
vor
meinem
Bett,
fragte
mich
wie
es
mir
geht,
echte
Anteilnahme!
Habe
ich
noch
nie
erlebt.
Respekt!
Und
noch
was,
niemand
geht
ins
Krankenhaus
um
kulinarische
Erlebnisse
zu
sammeln.
Hier
ist
die
Verpflegung
schmackhaft
und
schön
präsentiert.
Am
Freitag
hatte
ich
vom
Küchenteam
einen
selbstgeschriebenen
Zettel
auf
dem
Frühstücktablett
mit
einem
lieben
Gruß
zum
Wochenende
mit
Genesungswünschen.
Manchmal
sind
es
die
Kleinigkeiten,
die
es
besonders
macht...
Ich
habe
Angst
vor
Krankenhäusern,
die
Tutzinger
Klinik
hat
mir
diese
genommen.
Menschlich,
nett,
hervorragend...vielen
Dank
an
das
ganze
Team.

5
Stars!!!
After
many
bizarre
and
terrible
experiences
in
other
hospitals,
I
can
only
recommend
this
clinic.
Starting
with
the
cleaning
staff,
emergency
room,
nurses,
nurses,
anesthesiologists
and
doctors,
all
very
nice
and
competent.
I
had
a
herniated
disc
and
received
excellent
care
in
the
emergency
room
and
this
continued
in
the
ward
right
through
to
the
surgery
and
aftercare.
What
I
experienced
in
anesthesia
is
unbelievable.
It
was
a
person
behind
the
white
coat
who
not
only
stoically
ticked
off
the
catalog
of
questions,
but
also
kept
eye
contact
and
perceived
me
as
a
frightened
patient.
The
anesthetist
and
her
team
calmed
me
down
in
the
preparation
for
the
operation,
so
that
the
strapping
on
of
both
arms
was
based
on
trust
and
did
not,
as
usual,
feel
like
extradition.
What
the
next
day
happened
was
wonderful.
The
anesthetist
stood
in
front
of
my
bed,
asked
me
how
I
was,
genuine
sympathy!
I
have
never
experienced.
Respect!
And
what's
more,
nobody
goes
to
the
hospital
for
culinary
experiences.
The
food
here
is
tasty
and
beautifully
presented.
On
Friday
I
had
a
note
from
the
kitchen
team
on
my
breakfast
tray
that
I
had
written
myself
with
a
warm
greeting
for
the
weekend
and
a
get
well
soon.
Sometimes
it's
the
little
things
that
make
it
special...
I'm
afraid
of
hospitals,
the
Tutzinger
Klinik
took
them
away
from
me.
Human,
nice,
excellent...many
thanks
to
the
whole
team.
