😠 We called the shop and were told there were still skis for all of us. After more than an hour of waiting, during which an overwhelmed employee had no idea who to take next, we were sent away with the information that there were no more skis! Not recommended + unfriendly, haphazard handling! People often mention rental,

Very good equipment and good advice. Everything was fine and it was great fun to drive. Gladly again. Thanks!

The reservation (NOT a reservation!) went well and the equipment was really high quality for a fair price. So much for the good. On the other hand, the processes and the atmosphere were negative. The opening times on the homepage are incorrect, it closes earlier. Waiting times of over half an hour (outside, in wind and weather) before you can pick up or return are probably normal. And the staff seemed stressed and unfriendly and sometimes argued among themselves.

Big praise to the team! Even though there was a lot to do on Sunday, they always remained friendly. The communication in advance was also very uncomplicated. Thank you very much and I'll be happy to come back.

Thank you for your uncomplicated online ski course booking, flexibility in rebooking, telephone information on how to get to Sonnenberg and on-site equipment rental! That worked really well and made so much possible! Note for the impatient: If the weather is good, plan on waiting at least 60 minutes to borrow equipment.

We had here a snowboard lesson with Mark a year ago and we enjoyed it a lot. For a short period of time( 1,5 hours) Mark showed and explained us very well all the basics that we needed. With us there were 4 participants and he paid attention to everyone. Besides that it was fun.

In order to broaden my own horizons, I often move into professional fields outside of the industry whenever I have the opportunity. The Braunlage ski school recently gave me the opportunity to look behind the scenes of a ski rental as part of an internship. As a result, I was able to work as an intern in the rental department for a whole week. I quickly got a feeling that the activities to be carried out were about much more than just providing the material that would make the children, young people and adults happy on the slopes. It already starts with telephone support. Sascha - the managing director of the ski school - attaches great importance to always being available to his customers. So it happens that the first calls come at 7:30 a.m. only to slowly die down well after 9:00 p.m. in the evening. In the course of a normal day, there are tons of calls that are answered personally if possible. Logistically, everything in ski rental is designed to satisfy the countless and sometimes exotic needs of customers. Sascha has high expectations of himself and thereby sets standards for his customers. The quality of the material and advice, as well as the satisfaction of the guests, are unconditionally in the foreground. Hygiene is also a top priority, which can be measured, for example, by purchasing a cost-intensive disinfection generator. I was really impressed by the effort that goes into cleaning and drying the material in order to make it available like new the following day. These are the activities that you as a customer do not notice, but to which particular importance is attached. The brief onset of winter gave me extraordinarily busy days during my internship. As an outsider, you have no idea what demands this places on the mind, mentality and nerves. And yet all employees - from the ski instructor, to the service in the apres-ski bar, to the equipment rental - always manage to satisfy all needs with a dose of humor. My conclusion: Everything is done here to satisfy guests, from beginners to winter tourists to professionals. I can highly recommend the ski school and ski rental and from now on I will only use this with my family in Braunlage.

Very long waiting times and very unfriendly treatment of customers. No quick rental, you can stand there for an hour, it's much quicker with others. Not recommended! It's best to use another ski rental company
