Travemünde Strand is pretty cool... I was here a lot of times and the sands are always clean and beautiful. maybe the sea is not so pure but for relaxing it's a wonderful place. water is always cold and hard to swim but anyway I am offering this place for visit and enjoy for it.

Schöne Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants, vielen Schiffen und schönem sauberen Sandstrand. Leckere Fischbrötchen gibt es auch an den kleinen Fischbuden etwas abseits.

Eine Schöne Strandpromenade zum Verweilen mit vielen kleinen Bars und Cafes. Zu Ostern war dort ein großes Strandfest mit Foodtrucks. Abends gab es ein Osterfeuer. Gerne mal wieder.

Es ist immer wieder schön hier in Travemünde zum Holstentorturnier, wenn der Brügmanngarten zur größten Boule Arena Deutschlands wird😊 Und eine Woche lang die Eisenkugel über die Promenade kullern

Ein wunderschöner Strand. Man kann an der Strandpromenade mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein. Ein tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Viele kleine Lokale zum verweilen.

Nice, clean, maintained beach.

Its a nice beach to visit although I wasn't there in summer still had a nice little picnic by the beach and collected some lovely shells.

Sehr schöne Promenade mit herrlichem Blick auf Yachten, Fischerboote und die gegenüber am Priwall liegende PASSAT. Dazu gibt es zahllose Gelegenheiten, um essen und zu trinken. Ein Muss, wenn man in der Gegend ist oder sogar Urlaub macht. Ein buntes Treiben je nach Tageszeit, ein bisschen Gesehen und Gesehen Werden.

The sandy beach is lovely to walk by, but in my opinion, it is not as best as it gets for smimming. Cleanliness must be improved. Also, it was too overcrowded for my opinion. The train was also very crowded and late.

Nice but many dirty branches on the shore. And in the water. It needs to be cleaned. Paid 3 euro for entrance too

Die moderne Promenade mit dem weitläufigen tollen Sandstrand ist schon besonders sehenswert. Unterschiedliche Veranstaltungen und die strandnah gelegende Gastronomie tut ihr übriges dazu. Im Mündungsbereich gibt es auch eine kleine Shoppingmeile und nette Cafés. Dort sind dann auch die Anleger für Ausflugsfahrten. Ebenfalls findet man dort das Segelschiff " Passat." Besichtigung besonders empfehlenswert.👌👍

Nice beach north of Germany - it was a 1.5 hour journey from Hamburg. The weather was just perfect and there was a good crowd turnaround. Maybe not very ideal to go completely inside the beach because the water isn't very clean but I don't know of any other clean beaches in Germany.

This area was very charming. First time seeing this type of scenery in Germany so it was very nice. Definitely worth visiting if you are around the area.

Great place, the are area is quite and beautiful. Good restaurants, and the beach is amazing.

Great promenade, lots of fun spots for children, cozy benches and armchairs all along. Importantly, good amount of free clean public toilets

Hello guy's, it's me, the local guide wich germany loves. I don't like this beach, because I was forced to come as a child. I did not like that, so guess what!? One star for you :) I hope you get trashed in to the ground.

In order to be in a beach you need to pay, something we didn’t know that and off course the a fine had to payed, not knowing the law doesn’t excuse anyone. The woman next to us didn’t have the ticket either, we have to pay the proper fine but not the blonde woman that didn’t have a pay either, Mr. Plot decided that for her was fine to go to the Maschine and pay the normal ticket-right-beach. Do you have to pay in for every beach in Germany? (Our question) - and his answer : yes naturally, that’s world wide. Not true, in Colombia, Spain, Italy you don’t have to pay. Why didn’t she pay? His answer: her ticket is in the water. Nice beach, pay the ticket or else you may find yourself in a really annoying situation.

To our surprise it was really lively and great while the (air) temperature wasn't above 5 C° (in early March) I'd like to get here during the summer too.

Great view and calm beach. Some times hard to find a parking spot. Better if reached by publicly transport from Lübeck. "Strandkorb" are available for rent. It is enjoyable on windy days. Great if visited on Travemünde woche, Where there are lots of stuffs happening and varieties of eateries.. overall great experience...

A very good beach. Not to many people if you want just to relax on the beach. For beachkorbs you have to come early. Still nice and quiet.

Visited here in late September. The water was clean and the beaches were almost empty. Took a pleasant walk along the seaside road.
