I
had
1
prescription
with
6
x
KG
and
fango.
After
the
second
treatment,
I
had
a
very
painful
SIJ
blockage
for
days,
which,
thank
God,
an
orthopedist
was
able
to
clear.
Because
of
this,
and
because
of
general
illness
on
my
part
and
a
lack
of
capacity
on
the
part
of
the
practice,
the
prescription
took
up
to
3
months.
They
simply
wanted
to
cancel
the
last
treatment
(2
treatments
were
unfortunately
a
complete
waste
of
time)
because
it
was
beyond
the
permitted
validity
of
the
prescription.
In
response
to
my
complaint,
I
was
offered
a
suitable
appointment.
Afterwards
I
was
blocked
as
a
patient,
but
I
only
found
out
about
this
when
I
asked
because
I
was
not
answered
when
I
asked
for
appointments
with
a
new,
different
prescription
(as
almost
always,
spoken
in
AB).
I
even
had
someone
on
the
phone,
a
very
nice
helper.
All
in
all
a
negative
experience.
Addendum:
The
statement
that
has
just
been
made
is
not
true
at
all,
I
only
got
1
appointment
canceled
too
late
not
taken
into
account,
I
still
kept
the
2nd
one,
and
only
1
therapist
was
rejected,
but
I
still
got
it
again!
There
was
no
apology
for
the
incorrect
treatment
resulting
in
an
SI
joint
blockage
(which
can
happen
from
time
to
time),
but
rather
the
therapist
remarked
"what
nonsense
the
doctors
are
saying,
joints
cannot
be
blocked,
there
are
only
blockages
in
the
head".
I
was
treated
by
her
a
second
time,
then
differently
and
very
well,
and
I
didn't
reject
her
at
all,
but
she
was
on
vacation
and
there
were
problems
with
appointments.
Patient
wishes
and
sensitivities
are
ignored
in
this
practice.
And
mom
could
have
simply
asked
for
my
email
(I
asked
for
a
callback
twice!)
or
sent
an
SMS
to
clarify
the
matter.
It's
a
shame,
because
it's
a
very
visually
and
spatially
attractive
practice
with
good
parking
options.
I
find
it
outrageous
to
accuse
myself
of
being
unreliable;
I
showed
up
on
time
for
all
appointments
only
to
then
wait
for
unpunctual
therapists!
But
in
times
with
too
many
patients
and
too
few
therapists,
such
behavior
can
apparently
be
allowed.
