On the positive side, the guy who makes the appointments is really nice, patient and helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend this clinic. We got an appointment within 2 weeks. However, after filling out a huge form and sending them all our documents, we got a call 1 week before the appointment saying that our doctor was sick and that we had to wait one month for an appointment with another doctor. When we got there, there was a patient almost fainting in the waiting room and a nurse running around saying that another patient had puked. This was our first fertility appointment so our already nervousness increased. We then enter the doctors office and immediately afterwards she got a phone call saying that she needed to perform an emergency surgery. Instead of asking us to wait a bit outside while she did the surgery (I mean we had already waited 1,5 months), she rushed our appointment and had no patience for us and our questions. She talked with us in acronyms (icsi, ivf, pcos, etc) and we had no idea what she was talking about because it was our first appointment. She had no patience for our questions and told us we had to make a new appointment to clarify our questions. We assumed she meant that week but in the reception they told us it would take another month... Please note also that, even though their website has an English version, the doctor didn't speak English. We also made blood tests and in the results it says that the blood sample was not enough for accurate results, which made us also doubt the ability of the nurse. We decided to change to another clinic where they treat us like people, not like parts in a factory.

Had very bad experiences there!!! Highly not recommend there!!! Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional there!! Waste time , waste money , waste energy, and get a lot of angers there!!!

My advice is stay away from this clinic as far as possible, extremely expensive, they will charge you up to EUR 1000 for just few minutes of consultation, chatting with Doctor, no treatment, even before you make dicision for any treatment. Incredible the way they conduct business.

Dr.Stoll walked with me in my infertility journey. Took me through endometriosis journey, in February 2021 I did Laproscopy surgery and December 2021 through the help of Dr.Stoll we got pregnant. In 2022 we welcomed our twins, boy and girl. We are gratefulness to this facility.

I started treatment with Dr Mehrle I liked that he was very honest not trying to get me to book extra tests. On the contrary, He actually made me skip a bunch of tests that I thought I needed. Due to appointment options and availability I then changed to Dr Stoll. She was amazing! She literally saved my life by noticing immediately I had an ectopic pregnancy that had not been diagnosed even after weekly checkups. After the unfortunate incident I stayed with her and we did retrieval and 1 transfer, which was successful. I am so thankful for been able to hold my baby right now, feeding her as I write this review. It only took one go!

Did cycle monitoring and light stimulation with them, the initial impression was better than later. The good thing is, once you're in a treatment, they are offering you ultrasound and blood test appointments on very short notice. On the down side, it is chaotic and that in this field this can be dangerous. It seems they don't share information among themselves, each time I ended up at a different doctor who had no context (my cyst became a follicle just by talking to another doctor), and sometimes some doctor said they didn't have access to other doctor's data, or something was "not there in the system, therefore not true". It is also outrageous that receptionists are giving medical advice and trying to convince the patient that there is no need to talk to a doctor. I understand this helps the efficiency, but they are going too far, wrong advice was given to me several times like this! They can even write answers in the patient portal, where it looks like an instruction from the doctor (always pay attention to the author). There is also very little transparency towards the patient. They didn't want to explain to us how the timeline will look like saying that "it will be in its own time" - instead it was stressful, instructions were given last minute even if they did not need any tests or info for them, we were sometimes given contradictory information, and sometimes changing last minute. Lost time and money of last minute flights and random tests during holidays, that were then not even looked at in the end! If you go there, or anywhere, do yourself a favor and do your research, it's not a place and time to blindly trust what they tell you. And if you have any special health condition - don't count that the doctor will adjust their treatment plan to it, they will just tell you to "not worry", even if ignoring it can endanger the child. It's just not worth for them, it is a factory line, sadly. See it as a service that you use, but don't subject yourself to it, always be 1 step ahead.

Previously I have been at a clinic in Bogenhausen and I changed as I was unhappy with their communication and team. It was the best decision. During my treatment I had four different doctors (Dr. Sr. & Junior Noss, Dr. Stoll, Dr. Arzberger) due to limited capacaties. Normally this would be negative, but all four doctors were excellent, along anesthetist Dr. Pflanz and great team of very kind and professional assistants. (the assistant team is truly exceptional) I could ask any question (directly, phone and email) the clinic and got professional replies at all times. I am still appalled by the treatment and deliberate misdiagnosis I received from Dr. Noss. I would caution all women from going to Dr. Noss and this clinic, as it's very clear he is pushing IVF for his own financial gain. Dr. Noss conducted a 30-second vaginal exam and adamantly concluded--after the shortest, least thorough exam in which he jabbed the vaginal ultrasound wand with a quick thrust up against my cervix--that I had endometriosis. He barely looked at my husband's sperm results, and proceeded to use scare tactics that given my age and because I had endometriosis that I would only get pregnant by having IVF and/or surgery. He couldn't produce any evidence that the diagnosis was accurate, so I proceeded in getting two more doctors' opinions, which included vaginal exams, abdominal ultrasounds, vaginal ultrasounds, more sperm tests by my husband etc. Both doctors very clearly concluded and submitted in official records to insurance that I did not have endometriosis and that the actual problem in our getting pregnant was my husband's slow sperm, a point Dr. Noss completely dismissed. I am happy to say that my husband and I are expecting a little girl in January. Three rounds of insemination (IUI) did the trick to solve for my husband's slow sperm. I DID NOT NEED IVF and I am still appalled that someone who calls himself a doctor was willing to lie and put his financial gain ahead of a patient's health and dreams to build a family. It's sickening. I spent nearly $6000 and 6 months getting these second opinions across the U.S. and Germany. The uncertainty I had about being able to have a child of my own was made exponentially worse by Dr. Noss and his malpractice and cost us precious time. Do not go here.

I would give 10stars if i could, especially to Dr Mehrle, to whom I owe my greatest happiness. He has treated my endometriosis and has always given me right diagnosis. We have a baby from first try, and as a whole the clinic has been very helpful and fair about all the process. Highly recommend!
