Very disappointed! I don’t recommend this praxis at all, their services are inefficient and unprofessional. The doctor did an ultrasound of my ovaries and they didn’t diagnose anything, everything came out "normal". Weeks later I went to another doctor and she detected a 5cm cyst on one of my ovaries.

Very disappointed. The praxis followed me during my pregnancy. After birth, went to the praxis for the normal check up after 6 weeks. The doctor did not diagnose the milk congestion / mastite that became then an absess which I had to be operated to be removed. To be fair, I did contact the praxis to request a second opinion but never got any reply. What then happened next is that - approx. 10 days later with the "milchstau" slightly bigger and still no additional symptoms - we went for the U3 visit for our daughter to the pediatrician and I took the opportunity to ask her opinion. She was immediately concerned (please note that the dimension was not much different from what you saw) and told me to do an ultrasound to check immediately, triggering then a (quite stressful) succession of events and visits which eventually led me to the current situation. In conclusion - if the doctor could have spent a few minutes to double check with an ultrasound my breast, this could have helped and maybe avoided all what happened later. On that day I had quite a few concerns I raised to the doctor (including the milchstau), for which I got only hasty yes/no replies and I felt I had not received the expected level of medical service I paid for.

The doctors and the midwife are great and I feel I'm in safe hands there with my first pregnancy. The waiting time is quite long, usually at least 1h, but I'm okay waiting, knowing that I get good treatment. However one of the nurses, Kornelia Bromme, is incredibly unfriendly. She yelled at me on two separate occasions, one of them being a mistake on their side with some lab tests where I ended up paying 100€ for some tests I never requested. Not only she didn't even apologize for the error, but she didn't try to find out what had happened and was incredibly rude. I was embarrassed to be yelled at in that way as I had done nothing wrong and was just asking for a clarification. I hope I don't have to interact with her again.

I went there for a consultation seeking more naturally-based approach to my problem. They gave me an appointment with Dr. Sievers... This woman was nosy and unpleasant with her reactions, making me feel uncomfortable. Eventually only made me talk, she said absolutely anything useful (if I wanted to hear more I had to go again for another two hours and pay who knows how much) and I payed 120 EU for nothing! Total waste of time! I would never go there again! So disappointed!

Been there for over 2 years, starting with my pregnancy. I had a great experience overall, the staff is really nice and helpful (my German is not good, but they always tried to understand you and make you understand them). I chose Dr. De Castro because she speaks my mother language and I cannot be more happy with her! Would highly recommend this clinic!

I have been going to this Praxis for a few years now and overall I am quite happy. I took one star off because a couple of times my doctor wasn't available and I had to go to other ones, and I wasn't as happy with them, as they have a different way of doing things. This is in itself not a bad thing, since different types of approaches will suit different types of people. Quite often you might need to wait, but the positive side of that is that you know they take their time with the patients, at least that is the experience I have with my doctor. Also the Hebamme is fantastic, I was very happy with ther following my pregnancy.

I moved to Munich about four years ago and I have to say it can be very intimidating going to a consultation and finding a good doctor in this city. I am, however, beyond pleased with this practice and would rate it 10 stars if I could! Dr. Sievers is friendly, empathetic, and highly professional. She takes her time listening to and caring for her patients and makes you feel heard/understood, which is so important. You never feel rushed or criticized in her presence and I greatly appreciate that Dr. Sievers is able to create a very warm & welcoming atmosphere in her office.

I am very stratified about Dr. Villinger and the colleagues ! because after many Drs in Munich, I find them and they help me a lot

Worst clinic they will give you appointment and once you are at the clinic they will ask you to wait for 1 hour and if you ask we had appointment they will just say it’s normal. If it’s normal then why not do walk in. Let everyone come and wait.

The doctors here are super professional, nice and supportive. You have always someone available to help you and the speak many languages. I definitely recommend you this Praxis. :)

Friendliness and Kindliness to harmed patients are maybe unknown at this location. We are surprised about so good reviews, because our overall experience was really bad.

Excellent attention from the moment you enter the medical office, and they make you feel comfortable and confident that you can describe everything you feel in different languages, in my case Spanish. I think that is very important. Everyone is kind and they guide you to solve your doubts....
