    Has been a loyal gas supplier so far, but... Recently the company has been trying to orient itself towards rip-offs. Suddenly you are charged the bottle rental price - without warning, there is no indication on the previous invoices that this could happen. Service=0. For seven minutes it is suggested that you are next in line, then the conversation (the recorded announcement) is stopped. The same game for several days - no employee available. Picking up the bottle is just as non-serviceable. Between 1 and 14 days, you can't say exactly because of Corona. The request to be contacted 1 hour before pickup was noted, but the driver probably couldn't read it. Just stands there. I still try to make it possible. Result: the next bill for picking up the bottle! My guess: private households and small buyers are no longer welcome!

    Completely satisfied, despite the ongoing tense situation, we are trying to find solutions in the interests of both sides. Always very friendly staff. Orders are easy to place and deliveries are quick and reliable. Regarding one or two evaluations of rent, just pay attention to the delivery notes ;-)

    I was there today and had no more carbon dioxide and no customer number yet. The manager and his deputy, including the dispatcher, helped me to create a customer account.     Unfortunately, increasingly expensive and increasingly poor service or no service. I should know, I have been a customer for 18 years. I have now received a debt collection letter because of an invoice that has not been paid for two weeks. Now it's over, I'll never order anything again and I'll advise all the restaurateurs I know personally to do the same.

    Very bad service. Employees are very difficult to reach. If you receive an invoice 4 months after the end of the rental, you have to be very surprised. Furthermore, you can agree with some of the previous speakers who complained that no notification was given before the bottles were picked up, even though this was agreed upon with the company. All in all, it is not advisable to purchase gases from this company. Buying a bottle is cheaper than paying 22 cents a day in rent if you don't have a huge restaurant. Kind regards
