Nice ambience.. food is tasty. Have different options in the menu. Service is good and fast.

I know why this place had so many bad reviews, people work there not friendly people! no sense of service at all! . I cannot comment about the food because after waiting then I left before order! avoid!

Normally I would give only one star but the food was okay. Problem is the boss, this woman (boss) sits next to people who are casually eating and speaks with every member of staff (waiters, cooks etc) and argues with them and tries to learn them while people eat. It was really uncomfortable for me. Short message for the "boss" : Please learn yourself first, then learn your staff. Aside from that, place is nice, clean and as I have already said, food is okay.

I had a great time at Ciao Bella. everyone was very welcoming, the service was very good, as well as the food, I really enjoyed the Burger and the salad with the chef dressing. I really recommend this after a hectic time shopping.

o average price. o average portion size. + fresh bread. + lot of setting tables. + delicious pizza. - juices are not fresh and taste average. - no mayonnaise! Overall recommended 👌

I dine here everytime i go shopping at Pep. The pizza is great! One thing that worried me last time i was there about end of July 2023 was some female waitress. She was speaking very authoritatively to the guests and not in such a nice friendly tone. I was surprised at how someone could speak to guests in that manner.

A must visit resturant if you are in or around PEP.Do try their Tandoori Chicken Pizza.Its a perfect mix of Indian spices on an Italian base which simply melts in your mouth.. I would definitely go back again and again..to try out other dishes. We were touched by the warmth of the host.☺️☺️

Nicely decorated restaurant, feel-good atmosphere, awesome food. I tried different varieties of Pizzas. All of them were freshly baked and super soft. Once tried Gnocchi and just loved it. And finally the Tiramisu...😋 I am very fond of this special Italian delicacy. I have tried it many where, and no doubt the tiramisu here was one the best. Will visit the place again and again.

If you're here, the hausgemachte Tiramisu is the owner's speciality and a must try! The staff behavior and service was also very good. Will surely visit again😊😊.

Very good food and fast professional service.Tandoor pizza was amazing and obvious it's was suggested from the frendly Indian waitress.Team looks friendly and laughed loud , which shows they enjoy their work.I feel pity for the stuffs as they get sometime annoying guests,need lot of patient to work here.Coming back soon here

What a food ! One should not miss the egg less tiramisu there . Very polite and welcoming staff .must try the 'tandoori chicken pizza' which is very juicy and tasty !

Amazing family restaurant, while visiting this restaurant, I was surprised at the fluidity of the servers. As for the food quality, it is to a high standard and fresh out the kitchen. The portion of the foods was also very satisfying. Would highly recommend!
