A gem! We get adjoining rooms for the family including our dog. Great set up. Good breakfast. Nice pool and sauna. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Trails around. So much to do within 30 minutes with family and dog. We’ve gone twice. We’ve been really happy with everything. It’s a great get away from Frankfurt with our dog for a night or two.

Very nice staff…feels a little back like a throwback into the 80s…

I spent only one night in this hotel and I will never come back to it!!! Hotel looks nice but I faced one serious problem! I HAD FLEAS IN MY BED!!!! AFTER ONE NIGHT I HAD OVER 20 FLEA BITES ALL OVER MY BODY!!! At the reception I heard that they "will do something with this" and THATS ALL!!! When I asked for help they said "maybe you should see the doctor?". LACK OF PROFFESIONALISM, NO HELP. I couldn't even make written complain!!! They were lucky that I didn't have time to argue with them! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A GUEST!!! AND WHAT A LACK OF HYGIENE - FLEAS IN HOTEL BED!!!!!!!!!

O.K. Hotel. We had several room issues almost exclusively involving the bathrooms. Management made quick resolution.

This hotel is aged but still decent looking. They had not enough cleaning staff but I think that's a common problem at the moment and probably not their fault. The breakfast has great variety and is good quality. It also provides a little gym and a pool but the water is a bit too cold.

We booked this place because of the pictures on the site but actually they don’t have nothing like them. The swimming pool was -10 degree 😀😀 and the rooms was like in 1945 . The place its just for very old people. But the staff is very friendly, the restaurant give you very good breakfast! The bar need some music. Cheapest place.

We had a really relaxing three day stay in this wonderful hotel. It was our first time in Bad Wildungen for over 50 years and it brought back some great memories. The old town is still as we remembered it and the park around the hotel was exactly the same. The friendly and helpful hotel staff helped make this a very pleasant visit.

All around very pleasant stay. Nice service with a free bus note. The room had a few old crumbs otherwise very clean. Nice that the bed is already made and an all around nice room. Food was nice too. It's fresh and still warm, the pancakes and pastries as an example. Personnel is probably biggest plus. So nice and always meeting with a smile and helpful.

It was my first and best experience of staying in a hotel in Germany. At first, I didn't expect much. But the bedroom was very cozy, with everything it needed. You don't have to bring all the supplies. Before you come, check what is ready here and reduce your heavy luggage. The facilities were clean and nice. The breakfast was very satisfying! There were a variety of salads, fruit, yogurt, bread, ham, different types of tea leaves, hot and simple dishes. The garden outside is very good for a walk. The hotel is in a good location, you can enjoy food either in hotel or outside. Although they were busy with so many people, the employees were calm and friendly and gave their best in everything. I'm grateful to them. It's a pity that I couldn't use the pool and sauna because I didn't know. Don't miss this opportunity. This hotel will satisfy you with the basic things you need, and you will also find extra pleasures in this city.

The hotels location and its beautiful garden. Closed bar was negative. My feeling is that it was too much renovating ongoing. Promised a balcony room, but no awarded.

Very unpolite staff. We were not informed via any message about cancelation policy. We had to leave one day earlier due to funeral of our friend. The girl in the reception had no interest in helping us. I don’t remeber such unpolite behaviour.

Variety of high quality food with plenty of fun activitites! The gym his fairly well equipped, but a bench press would be nice to have. Overall a great place to stay.
