The hotel is generally very nice, clean, friendly service, located in the center of the town. As for me, breakfasts could be more varied, because it is the same every day. The biggest downside of the hotel is the internet, which is really very slow. We are 21st century and here the interent stopped at the 90's. Look at the result of the Internet connection speed test on Sunday morning. Ping more than 180ms, download around 900kb/s and upload 220kb/s. If you have to work from a hotel via the internet, you will have a problem. I am in this hotel for almost 3 weeks and generally the problem with the Internet is the same every day and it is certainly not a problem with my laptop. For me, as a person who works very much through the Internet, this parameter is very important and unfortunately quite strongly reduces my overall rating of this hotel. In addition, it seems to me that a four-star hotel should provide in the room at least free mineral water and a kettle for making tea or coffee. Here, unfortunately, we will not find it and what is the standard in many other hotels.

Internet and TV are missing. I have never seen something like that in 21 century in a modern hotel like this.

Very nice hotel in the middle of everything in Bad Wildungen. Excellent service (Reception and Restaurant). Large breakfast buffet with wide range of options. The room looked a bit dated and it was not as it could. Happy to come back to this place!

First of all the hotel was so expensive. I expected better rooms and better service. The rooms where big but at the same time very old. With a 90's style. I Couldnt find a plug in the bathroom for my hair straightener. Also the water sink in the bathroom couldn't stain the water. There no enough light in the room. It's so dark and also dusty. Since it is a 4 star hotel, I expected a big spa with big swimming pool. But unfortunately it was really small. And you cannot really swimm. You can set in the water (as bathtub). But the breakfast was good and they had a fresh nice food. For summurazing, it was a bad experience. And feel so sorry about all the money I spent paying the hotel

i don't know how can they call themselves a 4 star hotel, the staff was rude and unfriendly, amenities outdated and when it came to dinning and breakfast there wasn't anything special, aside of booking thru jochen schweizer, which was a huge mistake, as we were suppose to have everything included, just to learn after our stay that we had to pay over 300 euro for our weekend stay, a complete ripoff, international traveler stay away!

Amazing hotel with great facilities and lovely staff.

This hotel is amazing, I didn’t expect so much for the price (around €100 per night). Spacious room, reasonable breakfast and spa facilities included in the price. I stayed for a business trip but it felt a little bit like holidays too. My only recommendation is to improve a little with the shower heads from the toilets, because it was a little noisy and not holding up on the position I wanted. (I hope it was only in my room).
