I suggest getting a second opinion on warranty and repair questions. I visited Christ with a defect Tissot watch, was quoted €140 and 4 weeks repair time. I also asked if it was possible to have it repaired under my Tissot warranty, I was told that it would take at least 6 weeks and that Tissot would not honor it "because I broke it". I then took contact to Tissot Germany, and had it repaired within warranty in 3 weeks.

The place is small and packed. But for a reason because their service is great! Frau Peinhardt was the one helping us and she was patient charming and helpful. Recommend to come here for watches and jewelers. They also help changing dimensions of your watches and jewelry. Kudos

UPDATE: I’ve tried to reach out to them for 3 weeks with no response. These were supposed to be a gift for my mom, but the girl working there gave me a mismatched set. The top one is clearly smaller than the bottom one that I paid for. I live in Chicago so I can’t even return them so I’m just out a couple hundred dollars now.

Completely mismanaged the repair of my watch. It came back after one month but turned out it didn't work. They sent it back to re-repair. Almost three months later, I didn't hear anything about the status. Tried calling on 4 separate occasions but no response or return call. Had to go there in person to find out. it had gotten rerouted multiple times and I'd have to pay extra to actually get it fixed. At least they offered me a 15 EUR voucher, but at this abysmal level of mismanagement, I feel this is a low "we-did-something" compensation.
