    Mostly residential buildings cover this suburban area which falls within the municipality of Badulla. All three ethnic communities are living side by side. Real estate is a growing industry in the area, Badulla downtown is just 2km from here. Pechiyamman Temple, famous among Tamika is situated in this area.
