Money and facilities value is very fair.Facilitates are little bit advanced from middle level.Food is tasty and it’s prices are very reasonable.Rooms are sound proof.Not a noisy place even though close to the city. Has a common balcony for upstair rooms. *include hot water bathing facility *parking area is protected by security *Staff is very friendly and gives a maximum service (Person Indika who handles the reception is a smart and attractive person)

It's good place to stay in badulla. Our team stayed for 3 days. In some rooms AC is not working properly. Hot water facilities also there. Swimming pool is not good. Otherwise it's good to stay here. I recommend this place to stay here.

Summary: A filthy, bug ridden s***-hole managed by unprofessional idiots. AVOID AT ALL COST! Long version: We booked a double room and a family room and this was the worst hotel we ever booked. They gave us rooms in 3rd storey even when my mother has difficulty in climbing up stairs. No lift. We had to carry all of our luggages all those steps while the staff was watching. Corridors were filthy as we entered with wall plasters collapsed on the floor. Bathrooms were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in years (as in the photos). Windows cracked. Soap in the bathroom was used by previous guests. Only one towel per room even though we had 6 guests in the group. When asked for more, they provided a blood stained towel. It took half an hour for the hot water to flow through. When my kids were having a shower, there were two big cockroaches on the floor. They live in Australia, so they were too frightened and gave up showering for the entire two days of stay. There we ants and spiders on the beds and sheets were not washed properly. The best (reads worst) part was the apparent "hotel manager" on the first night. Looked like he had been recruited straight from the local three wheel (tuk tuk) park. No understanding of hotel business at all. Took one hour to prepare our tea. Said the heater was broken. The phone in our room was broken (there're only few things functioning in this hotel) When complained, the above mentioned person gave his personal mobile number. Due to the hygienic condition, I called this mobile and cancelled the next day breakfast, which had been pre-booked. A sleepy voice said "ok, all good". But the next day morning when we came down, the breakfast was ready. He had no recollection of my cancellation, and they charged us for this. When we're about to leave this hotel from hell, the card machine was broken so we had to collect cash from each one's wallets, in order to pay the bill.

Service is not good, rooms are not maintained properly

Needs a facelift and serious consideration of the cleanliness. The quality of food also can be improved. Not value for money.

Good place to stay in badulla

Best place for your wedding if you are from badulla.. food was tasty and the service was good…Friendly staff 😁

The room conditions must be improved more as they appear in the webs. Other services are fairly good. The swimming pool must also be maintained well.

Good place to have meals

We attend a wedding ceremony in this place. The location had a grandeur about it. Very photogenic spots were a fun experience. But the catering was below average, the waiters made us wait quite a long time, food was oily and meagre parking. Quite disappointed.

Good food for a reasonable price. Can bring alcohol from outside. A good place to host office and group events. They have halls that can accomodate upto 300 people with catering facilities. They have 15 rooms too.

This is the worst hotel we have been to yet in our two weeks stay at Sri Lanka. The owner and staff were rude and never smiled. Also they were arguing amongst themselves all the time. Room service was terrible. They just barged into our room. Cleanliness was a problem too. There was a spider in the glass of water they brought. The only good thing was the fast WiFi. Will not recommend for anyone on vacation.

Good place for staying when you Badulla. No accessibility facilities and limited food verities creates bit inconvenient feeling.
