We altogether six families stayed this resort for two days. When we went to reception we received warm welcome from hotel staff. They paid there full attention regarding our accommodation facilities. They are very hospitality staff. Rooms are clean and equipped with like star class facilities. Bathrooms are modern and very clean. We had delicious meals from ground flow restaurant as buffet. Their chargers are very reasonable compering with facilities ,they have provided. We are highly recommend this resort for your family staying.

Perfect location for Wedding reception. Can accommodate 150 people comfortably. Good food with variety. Also several menus are available to select for a range of prices. Nice service. However the lift is not working. You have to climb 4 floors to get to Diamond banquet hall. That would be really uncomfortable if you are attending to a wedding or a function. For old people and people with disabilities that would be so hard or merely impossible and may be a painful experience. Lift has not been working for sometime but they will not inform you until one or two days before the function. Otherwise this one of the best place to have a function in Badulla area.

One of the best hotels in Badulla and the one I most recommend for someone who asks " what's the best hotel with the best halls for a party/ wedding?". Their cafe; "Paprika Lounge" has really delicious food items ( short eats/ shakes/ fruit juices/ Biriyani/ Fried rice etc..) Wedding halls are luxurious but the price is really reasonable. Also I recommend their rooms to anyone. Appreciate their great customer service as well.

We booked triple room( with AC/Hot water/etc.) & stayed two nights. Room was very clean & specious. Staff was very friendly & their service was great. Food was tasty & provided good portions. The management was able to provide continuous power supply & Wi-Fi facilities even though there were lengthy power-cuts. Overall, this is good place to stay when you travel to Badulla.

Was impressed by the attempt of the staff to deliver a good service and the food being of good qaulity with good presentation on my first two visits after the renovations, But the third visit on 20th May 2022 is quite disheartening and extremely dissapointing, The dish was told to include certain items which were NOTactually there when served. When inquired into it from the waiter, it was replied by a rude "not included". The take-away price and the dine in price has a 58% price variation. Not recommended

We had my Brothers Registration July and It was amazing reception hall and food was excelent and tasty.we have stayed one night the rooms are clean and nice location.And ww choose the same Hotel to have his wedding and it was amazing and very special Thank to Mr. Ralin the Hotel Manager has done excelent job for us and he helped us a lot.Even i dont no how to thank for Mr.Ralin he is a outstanding guy and he is superman on the wedding day August 21 e makes my Brothers wedding amazing.And food is number one and service of the staff is great and very helpful staff i have met.So we informed to Mr.Ralin we will be back for soon again and even will pass this message to many more friends to ststay in Heritage Grand Hotel in Badulla.

Good Place to get accomadation and for functions as well. This place has a good staff and they are very helpful. Ample parking available at a place nearby, though they have a little space with their internal parking. This place has five storied seperate building for have functions. Well organized halls and good facilities.

Had ordered 2X Chicken & Cheese kottu and one of the worst I’ve ever had with just some cheese melted and poured on it plus there were no more than two to three tiny chicken pieces with a tasteless pile of flour… Ordered through phone and etiquettes were not satisfactory… Personally not recommended… Not worth the price…

We(6) recently tried Mutton soup. It's not much in standard and heavy disappointed. It's a kind of vegetable soup there is no Mutton. As a suggestion if you offer Mutton soup it should be a Mutton soup. As a customer price is not a factor effect us. So provide the dishes as those mentioned in menu. We had the same soup long time ago that was good. As restaurant you should maintain your standard of your dishes

The most safest place in Badulla. We can enjoy in our parties freely. Even small small things are protected within the hotel premises. Staff has been maintain very standard qualities. A good security sistem has been implemented. If any thing is misplaced, they help with their maximum support to customers. Thank you Heritage Resort for helping to find my misplaced cap.

I didn't buy any rooms for stay here but I attend to a get together party held here recently (2022). I have to say that staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very attractive and can be book for any kind of occasions. Food are delicious and can recommend for parties and other ceremonies.

It's a good hotel/ restaurant which had 12 Rooms and 3 banquet halls consisting of 2 buildings. The rooms are alright. The food is splendid and their service is quite good. There's ample space for parking. And a Rooftop if you want to have a drink (liquor) with your friends/ family.

We had one of our get togethers there and I would say the prices per plate is super economical and foods are also good for the price you pay and the halls are also good. The manager and the staff is so friendly and helpful and it is only 2 mins away from the main city of Badulla.

Went to the Heritage resort for a wedding occasion. Inside the hotel it has a luxurious feeling. The food provided by the hotel was also really good. Its also near to the badulla town as well.

I participated in a wedding event. The internal parking lot is small, and the outside parking area is very poor, filled with mud. The hall is above average, but the toilets are not on the same floor; you have to go down one floor to access them. Another issue is that the toilet facilities can only accommodate two people at once. Despite these drawbacks, the food is excellent, and the service is good. The reception service is also good.

Had a fantastic two-day stay at The Heritage Grand Badulla. While the rooms were comfortable, the space felt a bit tight. However, the hotel's exceptional food, especially the bakery items and cakes,. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and the best dining option in town!

Whenever we look for a hotel to stay we would worry about a few things. Comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, Hygienic and tasty meals are examples. Your hotel ticked all the boxes. Thank you. The rooms and especially the washrooms were very clean. The buffet spread was expansive and tasty and even the cutlery looked new. The staff were non obtrusive yet very helpful and attentive without disturbing is unduly. And our request for a place to have little chat and to sing a few songs before dinner was readily provided. And the bill at the end was a pleasant surprise too. Most of all we must thank Mr Jayasuriya for providing employment to such a large number of young people. That itself is very commendable during these economically uncertain period. This is a hotel that can be recommended without any hesitation.

Suggested Heritage special rice by staff and tried it. It was more than enough for 2 persons and we couldn’t eat at least half of that. It was delicious and full of sea foods and gravy.

This is the best place in Badulla to stay without any doubt. I spent with my family and other five families during the tour of Badulla. It was very good experience we had in the stay over the night, food is very much delicious and price is very much affordable. In the morning we went for the buffet when the first day they serve the buffet in B/F. Room condition & cleanliness is very good. Staff also very kind and friend ,service is very good. we all very much satisfied of staying there and I personally met Mr. Jayasoriya who is the proprietor of the property and thanked him. This is the best hotel in Badulla town area if you are looking for affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and their services are good too. Almost all the food we had was tasty expect the chicken burger. Specifically, the Chicken kottu is one of the best Kottu I have ever had.

Beautiful hotel that is well worth the price. Rooms are well kept and clean. The staff is attentive and quick on their feet. Walking distance to a few tourist attractions in the city like St Mark's church and Muthiyanganaya Raja Maha Viharaya. There is at ATM right in front of the hotel, which was quite convenient. Food came in hearty portions and tasted great too.

Now its the best place around badulla to go and have a drink. Place is genarally clean. You can bring bottles from outside. Drinking area is on 3rd floor. The drinking areas kitchen starts at 6.30 but you can have a seat after 5 pm. The paprika is the restaurent and the food is good and affordable. I would say the best value place to have a drink and lunch or dinner.
