Recommended only the Location! Location was very much convenient. It is few meters from the heart of Badulla. Enough space for parking. The owner seems to be a nice talking gentleman over the phone. I booked through booking.com. After the online reservation, he calls up and say some facilities are not available for the selected room type which already promised under booking.com. He further adds that he can upgrade you in to a better room with a nominal charge. Finally you may end up paying extra money and not getting those facilities. Not recommended this liar!

Good place compare to money. May be the best place for budget travelers and backpackers. Friendly service and always helpful. Clean rooms. Toilets are small but clean. I stayed in the new building. Walking distance to Bus stand and Muthiyanganaya Rajamaha Viharaya.

Get ready to stay awake for the whole night if you're planning to stay there. Very noisy place and don't expect to relax after along trip. Good for alcoholics not for a descent crowd.

I suddenly planned my trip to Badulla last week to participate in an event. When I called them, they were very supportive and friendly. The room they gave me was good. I can give 4 out of 5. The room had a bed, a table, a chair, and a mirror. There was only one light bulb in the room. There were no lights near the mirror, so it was too dark near the mirror. But there was a mirror outside the room in a common area. I was able to use it to get ready for the event. For the washroom, I still rate it as 1 out of 5. The washroom was clean. But the commode was broken and unusable. Although the shower worked, it was not usable. I gave 1 out of 5 cause I think those are some basic things they need to provide. I didn't want to write a harsh review. But I explained my experience. I am sure they have better rooms than the one I got.

This place is 300m (shortcut) from Badulla railway station. Ample parking facilities, nice and clean rooms with attached bathrooms. Most importantly a low price with high quality service.

Kind of place for couples for quick job. So many mosquitoes inside the room. They allowed people to drink liquor within the premises and those drunk people disturbs other room people. Washrooms are not clean and mosquitos in there as well. Not a kind of mind relaxing place in Badulla. Not recommending to anyone.

It is extremely convenient to get to the bus stand, post office, Badulla hospital, banks and restaurants. Rates are reasonable. Standard of cleanliness is good. Food has to be purchased from outside. Good value for the money. Ideal for Short stay in Badulla.

Super clean rooms and linens.. Bathroom however, wasn't cleaned properly and had a squat toilet.. Small, but clean room that worth the money spent

Bed with nets are good. Toilets have hot water but too small and floods when you take a bath. But for the cheap price, difficult to complain.

Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent.
