Apartment is nice and comfortable, clean and spacious too, kitchen is equipped with the essentials, but can be improved further, rooms are comfortable, heaters were not functional in the rooms, but during our stay, weather was not very cold, so we could manage. Living room heater was working well. Bathrooms are clean and fitted with modern fittings. Caretaker is very friendly and helpful. Main drawback was the hot water pressure (which was highly disappointing, not enough at all to have a proper wash at all) . We still enjoyed our stay, but if they can fix their issues, it would be an even better place ,

Great deal for a family. It has 2 apartments which have 2 bedrooms(1 attached bathroom + 1 common bathroom) , living area with TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen for each apartment. Located on a hill which is around 3.5km from Nuwara Eliya town. It has a 3 car garage and nice garden as well.

This is truly a beautiful place to stay in. We went for two nights but extended it for another night. The two bedrooms were very clean, the linen was spotless. Wash rooms were amazing. The pantry was well equipped. The layout of the whole apartment is cosy and very comfortable.

It is one of the most organised places. Unique design overlooking hakgala mountain range. Looks awesome when the sun is rising. Very helpful caretaker. The only drawback was the lack of hot water in the common washroom.

I love this cosy place a. It's a comfortable apartment which has two big rooms a large living room and kitchen along with two attached bathrooms . Everything's clean and modern and I'm here with my infant . Fortunately there's a little bed for him as well . The garden is lovely too. I'm so in love with this place . Worth the price . We have our own privacy and I will definitely come here again when I visit Nuwara Eliya! Finally found the perfect place !

Great experience. The apartments are fantastic and well equipped. The caretaker is also very good. It's a little far from the main town, but still an excellent value for money if you have your own transport. Place has convection heating available. Its a 2 BHK. Good for 4-6 people very comfortably. Owner is also very responsive for any queries. Though , the other buildings/poles around kind of block a possibly great view.

Hospitality and location was good. Needs a few renovations with low standards of housekeeping

Awful. It isn't as it appears on the photo. It's rather small inside. But I will say that the kitchen was well equipped and it was a clean place to stay. The guy looking after it is dedicated and does his best but his owner was very rude. I will state quite clearly to anyone who wants to shower with cold water that merely trickels out that this is not the place for you. We had to bathe using pans that we filled in the kitchen and for a family of 6 this was very inconvenient and not at all what we paid for. The owner accused us if lying about it by phone as he was in Australia even though his manager told him that it's the truth. Would never come here again or recommend it.

Very very bad service this place I try to book with person name ..called amith he is one of the very bad employee I have ever seen ..I try to book this property person who taking bookings said available the property and I have been asking 4 days account no to transfer the advance to pay ..but he never gave it at least after 4 days ... he said it has booked for someone....AMITH WASTED MY 4 WHOLE DAYS AND AFTER THAT I HAD TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROPERTY..SO ANY TOURIST LOOKING TO BOOK THIS IM WARNING YOUR GUYS NEVER BOOK SO BAD SERVICE

Nice and modern apartment with lots of space. It has two large bedrooms (super comfy beds) and two bathrooms. There is a comfortable couch in the living room along with a flat screen TV and a kitchen. The host was very friendly and always helpful. The apartment itself was in a mint condition and fully equipped with all you need. Apartment located on top of a hill with stunning views. You can see sunset against the foggy mountains in the evening and the beautiful stars at night. Altogether, we had a really nice time there!

It was a great place with almost everything to feel us like at home. Fully equipped kitchen, cosy bedrooms and bathrooms, living area were too good. The service was that same. Definitely would go again.
