My favourite transport agency to go to the West Region. They even have a VIP service which I tried out. Clean, air-conditioned buses with USB charging ports but there is no lavatory onboard. I forgot a parcel in the bus and was able to retrieve it few days later. A journey which used to be very tedious felt bery comfy. I highly recommend their VIP service

you need to be very vigilant and ask questions else you might enter the wrong bus to a different destination . Their customer service ain't bad, your luggages are identified before loaded and the transport fee is moderate. A lot of shops around so you could easily get whatever you need. They also provide VIP services to passengers

VIP services are good but "classic" is the worst. I lost a bag while traveling with them and there was no way to trace it, no one even offered a solution to a problem they caused.

General express is one of the best transport agencies I have used so far. Their vehicle are good and they have good drivers

This is the transport hub of Bafoussam. Eventhough some efforts have been made organise to this hyperbusy place, the mud (or dust) and lack of control of many people are cramped in this place is offputting. The VIP lounge tries to maintain but even the toilets are not up to standard the status it tries to bring. The VIP service in the bus is quite professional most times.

Very comfortable buses with air conditioning. But at times in Bafoussam you need to becarefull with your belongings as pickpocketing is rampant.

Nice transport agency, but the seats not so comfortable plus the toilet is said to be free for passagers and yet they still charge for it. They do the job but nothing spectacular. Not bad though.

General the only long-term successful transport company in cameroon
